Research & More
After the interview, I found that students who prefer e-book are more than paperback’s, and they really like social app. Therefore this app may have powerful functions that not only allow students to socialize but enable to scan books quickly as well.

Interview Questions
How to think differently about doing good as a creative person? (A Reading Reflection)
It is important for us as a designer not to higher our status when helping others. We are not their savior, and we shouldn’t feel too proud of ourselves. There are hundreds of people can do the thing we are able to do. So when we are helping others next time, please listen to their needs and understand the problem. Otherwise, it will just a waste of time.

Potential App Idea
This is a book rental app, and it is exclusive for Queens College students. Let’s facing the fact: textbooks are expensive. Even though there are eBook apps such as Kindle, students still need to pay a certain amount of money, sometimes it will ask you to pay $54 for renting one semester. If there is an app that allows Queens College students to rent books each other for free, it will be super helpful. Basically, students can make a post to dashboard either regards to what books do you need or what books can you provide. All students can see and reply to the post.
