This is a achievement for me because I used to never be able to go to class without having a full blown panic attack and have to leave the classroom to go to the bathroom to calm down if I could at all. I'm proud of myself for overcoming my anxiety disorder and not letting my mental health stop me from flourishing! 💗 I am scheduling my test for next week so wish me luck, I have a lot of studying to do but least I have a week to do it! Tomorrow I go to this 8 hour class for my Mental Health First Aid Certificate! 8am-4pm.
