Semi-Hiatus Update

Hello everyone! Uzu-mun here! I apologize for not being very frequent with my blog, but I have some good news and bad news regarding my activity level here. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean I’m quitting or leaving my blog! Just some changes I wanted to share with y’all.

So first things first, the reason why everything was so turbulent in regards to how often I’d be on was because of my job and how hectic my schedule was. I barely had time in between shifts to have a normal amount of activity on here while juggling real life. But as I sit here at 5:00 am on one of the computers at my work, I’m proud to announce that I will be moving on and starting a new job at the end of the month! One with a more consistent schedule and less crazy hours!

Bad news is I don’t know how frequent I’ll be able to get on once I start. The future holds a lot of exciting things (since my new job happens to be at Disneyland of all places!), but a lot of uncertainties as well. I promise I’ll try to be on more frequently though while getting my life together.

Thank you so much for being loyal friends/followers/rp-partners throughout my crazy year of little to no activity! I love you all and hopefully I’ll be able to do fun stuff in the future like giveaways and what-not!

Name: Keiji Heiwajima

Gender: Boy

General Appearance: Short dark brown hair, amber eyes, semi-muscular build despite a very young face. Always smiling despite his long canine teeth that tend to scare people off.

Personality: Unlike Izaya, Keiji is a genuinely sweet boy. He enjoys helping others rather than manipulating them. He can be a bit of a coward, but has high morals. Even when his instincts kick in, he’d rather take it out on an inanimate object than a living creature.

Special Talents: The hybrid of a dhampir and werewolf that Izaya playfully calls a “werepyre”, Keiji is the best of both worlds. He’s inherited his father’s strength and his mother’s high intellect and able to adapt quickly due to heightened senses. He seldom loses control like Shizuo, but is capable of breaking into a berserker rage. His hybrid form consists of the body of a black-furred werewolf with large bat-like wings, tusks protruding from his muzzle, and tall ears. He has difficulty speaking during this time, often with a lisp.

Who they like better: Keiji gravitates towards Shizuo more, considering some of Izaya’s actions tend to terrify him.

Who they take after more: Izaya to some degree. He’s very expressive.

Personal Head canon: Despite the fangs, Keiji looks like any other human boy. But the need to drink blood on occasion and the monsterous hybrid form he takes once a month during the full moon has greatly affected his self-esteem. He would rather play with his cousins than other children.

Face Claim: Hiroshi Miyanomori from Hanayaka Nari Waga Ichizoku

Names: Kaiya and Hirashi Yamamoto

Gender: Girl and Boy respectively

General Appearance: Both twins have black hair, pale skin, and red eyes like their mother, but that’s pretty much where the similarities end. Kaiya is more vampiric than her brother in appearance having bat wings and fangs she can hide at will.

Personality: Kaiya is the more out-going of the two, very friendly and always wanting to be your friend. Hirashi however is more introverted and can come off as cold and aloof, especially when meeting new people.

Special Talents: As mentioned earlier, Kaiya inherited her mother’s abilities while Hirashi gained his father’s. Both of them have a limited amount of magic as well because of Vi’s ability to use spells.

Who they like better: No preference.

Who they take after more: Physically, Kaiya takes after Vi more but acts like her father. Hirashi is the opposite, looking like Karasu but acts like Vi.

Personal Head canon: Even though he’s the older twin, Hirashi can become extremely jealous of his sister, thinking she has more opportunities to impress their parents than he does because of her nature. Kaiya is oblivious to this and thinks that Hirashi being a tengu is better since it’s easier for him to fake being human.

Face Claim: Kaiya’s Faceclaim is Jyabami Yumeko from Kakegurui while Hirashi’s is Satsuki Shihio from Hirunaka no Ryuusei.
