because in my world, all the angels is chrome.
I don’t shine if you don’t shine.
It’s that phrase: “I miss you” that brings it all roaring back. I can almost feel the sun on my face, The smile stretching my lips too wide. I can feel your hand and my hand becoming one, And the goosebumps return as if they never left. - This has to be love. You were the first person to ever kiss my ankles. You showed me all the tenderness you had in your body - Laved me in it, And I swallowed all of your anger. Because it was worth it to feel you kiss the bruises As if they were marks made from love. I absorbed all of your bitterness, Accepted all your harsh words as if they were a gift. But a flower will not grow if you water it with soot And my bones became too brittle to support your weight. So, yes, I miss you. But I’d miss me more.

I'll never be able to adapt to the changes I should accept. I hate things being out of my control, yet I've never had control. The things in my life that should have been the most consistent were the things that changed the most. Always enrolling in new or different schools, living in at least 6 different towns, moving back and forth from my mother to my aunt, to a different side of the family. It's caused me to be far from accepting the normal things in life that everyone welcomes with open arms. I hate the change of seasons, I hate certain times of the day, I never feel content when my room looks different, but I try and force myself into change as often as I can or else I don't feel alright. Maybe that's just it, maybe the fact that things are and have always been constantly changing is the only consistent thing I've got.

Sometimes I start to think about little paragraphs of things I've read, and i try to see how it fits my life in that very moment. And so this one time a few years back I came across this article or blog or something, and I'll never forget what it said because it was so sad to me, but sad because it was the cold hard truth. I wish I could find it. I've looked for a while but had no luck. Anyway I forget exactly, but it was something along the lines of.. Sometimes certain people are meant to cross paths or meet during the same lifetime, just like certain meteors that float past each other are meant to cross paths, only to hit one another millions of years later and explode. And then they drift apart piece by piece as if nothing had ever happened and that's it. Thats just the end of it. No big story, no big shakes. No nothing. It is what it is. And it was what it was.
PAY ATTENTION TO MY TAGS DAMNIT! 👿😘
😂😂😂 I always miss it!
You told me once that you would suck the life out of me. And you were right.
“It may have been in pieces, but I gave you the best of me.” ― Jim Morrison

You reminded me of rain when I first met you, like when I look through a window after not having looked at it all day, only to find out that it has been raining all along, and I stare longingly with halcyon feelings I once felt before and every feeling I hope to feel after realizing you.
