Hello ! Of course !! I’m sorry for taking ages !! I’m a full time nurse and it’s been a bit hectic with work but I finally found some time.

What in particular is the question you have or would you prefer it to be general ?

I tend to just focus on the energy at hand and try to pick up on messages are coming through that can help you grow, I like to focus on the energy around you that’s strongest and then the energy around you that’s the weakest, if you have 5 I try to narrow it down that way, if it’s 3 I just try to listen in on all of them one by one, i start with listening& feeling sometimes words come in or colors that stand out, if I’m not connecting with them I tend to use cards sometimes it’s easier for me to connect with them that way, it gives a boundary, for deities I use tarot cards to help me narrow down what diety is around you and is more prominent in your energy field.
