     oh ... that worked !! leonardo stands dumbfounded for a short moment as he takes in the sight of steven’s ice enveloping the monster completely, the blue sigils slowly disappearing from in front of his eyes as they close. he inhales, then exhales, all his worry expelled. ‘ th-thank you, steven-san ! i was worried it might crush you. ‘

just a few notes i wanna leave here regarding bnha verse before i forget !!

leonardo was born quirkless, & remained as such completely content with his normalness up until the age of 20 when he & his sister were given an impossible choice by a menacing figure: all for one. who will see this through ?

leo was ‘ gifted ‘ with a quirk which gave him abnormal abilities through his vision, while his sister’s sight ( which was tied to her own quirk ) was taken away, leaving her completely blind.

leo’s quirk is called all-seeing, which allows him to not only have impeccable vision but also the ability to see past illusions, as well as control anything that possesses some form of sight. this includes, humans, animals, even vehicles.

leonardo refuses to use his quirk for his own self gain, aligned with his canon values, & seeks out help from a secret hero agency investigating the events that seem to surround the league of villains &, more importantly, all for one. this secret group is known as libra, an agency which employs extremely skilled quirk users to deal with the strange, bizarre, & unsightly things that go on under the nose of police agencies.

he uses his quirk mainly for support purposes to gather useful information or scout out an open area for problems hidden from the human eye, & only uses his quirk offensively when others are in danger. he will almost never use it to get himself out of trouble.

prolonged use of his quirk could cause severe damage to his eyes & brain, seeing as he’s had little time to become accustomed to them in comparison to others who were born with quirks. using his quirk to its max causes his eyes to heat up & begin scalding the nerves which connect his eyes to his brain. he could potentially push himself too hard & permanently blind himself.

before obtaining the all-seeing eyes of the gods from riga el menuhyut, leonardo was considered legally blind & could only see things clearly from twenty feet away, while the average person can see things clearly at up to two hundred feet. now with his new eyes, he has crystal clear vision, enough to see things the average human eye cannot on its own.

some headcanons to kick things off here !

thanks to the all-seeing eyes, leonardo’s passive perception & vision quality have skyrocketed to an all time high. he is able to see things the normal human eye could never even begin to process & at times doesn’t realize that what he sees may not be what everyone else sees. in addition, he’s acutely aware of anything happening in his peripheral vision to the point where he could avoid being constantly mugged in alleyways, though he purposefully chooses not to abuse his power for his own sake.

he doesn’t use the power of his eyes for his own sake because he feels like he doesn’t deserve to take the easy way out. much like a tortoise, he’ll hunker down & bear through pain before continuing to walk forwards. because of this, he is very rarely seen without some kind of injuries, whether it be bruising, scratches or even broken bones.

leo, being a trans-man with very little income, has not had top-surgery & rarely binds after coming to hellsalem’s lot for his own safety. he gets beat up pretty much daily, & wearing a binder, especially during long missions that put him in physical danger, would hurt his ribs severely & put him at risk for lung damage. he may wear them on the occasion of a day off, but he tends to be in too much pain to put them on, & really he never has a day off from libra.

he tends to wear tight fitting sports bras as well as baggy clothing roughly one size too big for him to pass & appear more masculine. he also cuts his own hair.
