born on an island full of the first worshippers of genesis herself, ariché grew up in a place that had already been touched by the world government. before her birth and before the birth of even her mother, the island of tierra sangre had been discovered by them. to ease into the transition and to potentially get the locals to willingly summon their goddess on their behalf, the world government tried things the nice way! a.k.a. they tried to colonize the island by instituting what would be a spanish-speaking influence and establishing tierra sangre as a protectorate.
the entire process was extremely nonviolent, as the people of tierra sangre were pacifistic and tended to only kill when they needed to. they also viewed life and death as an endless cycle. while there was some protest, the majority of the people settled into an uneasy peace with their new neighbors and protectors. children attended schools that discussed the benefits of the world government. still, as they were born and raised, they were taught the old ways and no one interfered because the end goal was to have a population that would be willing to help them out.
this backfired tremendously by the time that ariché was born. the people of tierra sangre were still not willing to help and the world government was tired of pouring in resources to continue their constant propaganda. plus, the people had proved a bit more resistant than they had hoped. not once had they witnessed a follower of genesis summon her. it was a bit disheartening, so they made the decision to get rid of ariché’s people altogether.
ariché obviously was not a fan. but she was fourteen when her people were slaughtered and she was hauled onto a ship for solaro. naïve as she was, she hadn’t realized that it was because she was the last of her people and therefore, the only route for the world government to keep open if they ever wanted to attempt it again.
she was adopted by a family in solaro, who made it clear that they were sheltering her because of that and also her seamstress skills. bc quite frankly, ariché learned how to sew before she could walk. she was nineteen when she left that house before moving into her own little hovel after they basically blacklisted her.
through careful work and determination, she made her way into the upper echelon by making clothes and sewing them through with little magics. plus, each creation was absolutely gorgeous.
adopted a street orphan at nineteen! #mommyera. her daughter was killed when she was twenty-four because ariché once again refused a request to summon genesis from a high-up world government official. this made ariché enter her #insanegirlboss era. also started her short yet prolific career in piracy. if she wronged your muse during this era and/or threatened them, she’s not sorry and she WILL try again.
she WILL get genesis to restore her people. if you don’t vibe with that, she will literally pitch you into the ocean. ariché really doesn’t give a fuck <3

as another aside, her people were painted as violent and vicious by the world government and the true?? reason why they were killed is only known by a few. a few that ariché intends to brutally murder whenever she can. if she sees them, it’s OVER. but bc of this, ariché is very tight-lipped abt her past. but she also doesn’t give a shit if she dies. it’s a lose-lose situation, rly.

i swear to god she’s incapable of love. no but for real... she has no?? space?? in her little hard heart rn. between the withdrawals, the deaths of the majority of the people she cares about... ariché would rather make a ghost out of someone to idolize than actually love them. generally quiet. yet she can be jovial occasionally in a way that makes u think she’s legit insane. which she is. she’s literally mad with grief. if she gives you something to try on, you can wear it but be warned that it might come with some kind of charm. don’t wear any shoes she hands you if she hates you, they may make you tap dance to death. or walk off the ship. or backflip off. she’s creative.
so fucking bloodthirsty. like a shark who scents a drop of blood in water tbh. generally can be super ruthless and more than a little unhinged if there is an act of violence to commit. while she’s no longer on drugs bc of her stint in os ferventis, she still wants them sooo badly. more than anything else. won’t ask anyone for them though :/ she doesn’t want more people knowing her weakness
she’s a little less bloodthirsty without the drugs ngl. like sometimes it’s almost like she’s re-assessing her life choices and what got her here in the first place. will do anything to preserve herself don’t get her wrong. but she might actually feel guilty??
used to be super religious. is still kinda? it’s hard to get rid of that when your people literally spent all of their lives worshipping genesis. and she still has the stories of them summoning her somewhat consistently. whenever, ariché has tried - it hasn’t worked out.
self-soothes by sewing. ngl, she’s probably in the workshop more than is generally recommended. has the best stitching ever. literally if you insult something she makes, she will kill you. she does not take constructive criticism. she does not take any criticism at all.
feels too much all the time. there’s just so much *cacophony of noise* going on inside of her brain and heart. strongest muse parallels include bellatrix black, wanda maximoff, cersei lannister and yennifer. do with that information as you will!
