Jester furrowed his eyebrows, looking even more guilty in between confusion. Was it really an excuse? He seemed to be unable to take notice of anything unless someone wanted him too. Was that his fault? It was something heâd never thought about, protecting the world.
âYou donât want me too⊠but I shouldâŠ? On my own? HowâŠâ he seemed confused at the concept, fidgeting with his hands, looking at the stranger but avoiding direct eye contact. âAh⊠I am sorry⊠I uhm⊠will try to think about itâŠâ His eyes looked a bit curious, if not a little scared when he explained it, although it kind of went over his head. Still seeming rather confused, almost lost he let out another quiet whine. âWhat⊠do you want them to be used for?â he asked, trying to look inside the strangers mind, trying to find anything himself if he could. He wasnât quite sure how to deal with this person yet.
âOkay... Look, just be a good person, and pick up litter and throw it out in the nearest trash bin when you see it. It doesnât mean you gotta go looking for trash, but if you notice it lying around, pick it up and toss it,â he explained. Since it seemed this stranger wouldnât do it unless he asked for it, it seemed. Oh well.
He rubbed his temples with his good hand, but held back any rude remarks he had. This person or whatever he was, wasnât doing anything wrong, so he didnât deserve his rudeness or anything mean.
Ketsuekiâs long ears twitched slightly at the question. âI want all my inventions to be used as theyâre made for. I DO make weapons, which should be used as weapons. But I donât want... for instance, one of my toys that I made for others, to be used as a weapon. Such as one of my robotic dogs being used to harm others unprovoked,â the man explained. âIf they WANT something to hurt others, then they gotta pay the money to GET it. Toys are cheap, weapons are not.â

âHey.. you were in the festival, werenât you? You sort of stick out... Ah, I donât remember your quirk,â the man said as he scratched his head. âYou wouldnât know me, but you MAY know what I have made. Those big bots you battled at the beginning, of both the festival and entrance exam, were created by me and my crew~.â

Slowly blinking, it took the vant a second to figure out that the person was talking to him. He hardly even knew where he was, or that he was even there, much less that there was trash. Jester turned to him, looking confused before he looked guilty, like a little puppy. Fidgeting with his fingers he let out a whimper, trying to read of the scientists feelings and desires. Anything really. The fact that he wanted tash to be obliterated was obvious enough.
âAh- Ah⊠Sorry⊠I guess I⊠didnât notice⊠Do you want me to care?â tilting his head at the gun, he looked at the gun curiously, jumping when the trash suddenly vanished. Blinkin a few times he let out a long, quiet whine, as if his brain fried. What just happened?
âRight, thatâs what they all say,â the blood man replied, shaking his head. Heâs heard that excuse before, and thought of it as an excuse. Heâs seen other worlds, polluted, even so much there were heaps of garbage and pollution in the air, it poisoned people. He did NOT want this world to come to that.
âDo I want you to care? Itâs not that I want you to, but you should on your own accord. I accept messes when itâs in your own home, but out where people and animals are around, not so much.â
Ketsueki tucked the gun away after he fired it and looked to the other. He arched his only brow. âConfused, yes? I simply converted the trash into oxygen. Itâs quite useful, however, it doesnât work on living things, only objects and the sorts.â He gave a shrug with palms raised, âI donât want some of my stuff used as weapons. So I made it so it wouldnât be used as one,â the man explained.

âYeah, Iâm a toon that likes toons, whatâs the problem with that?â
Peacock stares at the robot bird curiouslyâ and Avery pops up from the top of her hat to look at him too, before disappearing again after a moment or two. The eyes on her arms shift their gaze back to Ketsueki again after a moment, and she tilts her head.
âYour lab, huh..?â Sheâd never seen this lab before, or him, or that weird robot. âWhat partâa New Meridian am I in?â Or was she even in New Meridian anymore? It was probably worth it to ask if nothing else, right?
âNo, thatâs no problem at all,â Ketsueki answered.
The bot gasped when something bird like came from under the girlâs hat. He began to step towards the toon, however, the creatorâs tail swept infront of him, stopping him from going any further. Dynasis just whined at the man. Wanting to take a closer look at the bird she had.
âI hate to be the barer of bad news... But youâre no where near there. This isnât even New Meridian,â the scientist informed. âYouâre in Japan.. That has dragons and all sorts of strange creatures.â

âBoy, we sure ainât in Lab 8 no more, Avery!â ActuallyâŠ.where was this though, really? She takes a puff of her cigar, looking up at some guy she assumes is a lab nerd of some sort, based on the coat.
ââey! You! Whatâs the this place? I gotta get home before my cartoons come on!â
An alarm next to the scientist went off, alerting him that someone has entered without permission. Dynasis was already next to him, and was ready to sprint out and kill the intruder, but Ketsueki put a halt to that. Thereâs been more times where it was just someone innocent who came in when someone left the door open.
The genius went towards where the dot was, with his robot at his heels. Only to come upon.. what seemed like a young girl. His single eye stared at her, while his robotic bird did the same.
âYouâre in my lab,â he answered. âYour cartoons? You like cartoons? You yourself give off cartoon vibes, considering how you look,â the man observed.
The robot stayed tense (if a robot could be tense.) He never trusted anyone.

âI make robots that are all furry yet mechanical. They are perfect for kids of all ages, and for people who have always wanted a pet, but were allergic! Pretty great idea, huh?â

âHuh?â He turned his head, though it was too late. He tripped over a rock and landed face first into the quick sand. Luckily it wasnât deep, but it definitely made a mess of the poor Elsen. He sat up, and shook his hands and cleaned the best he could off his face. âG-Geeze Hhhh I should of studied this area better, but silly me thinking I could brave the wilderness and do the human hobby of camping.â He had trouble cleaning his face so he crawled back onto dry grass and continued to try and clean his face.
âExcuse me! um, whoever gave me the warning. Can you reach into my bag and take out the hand towel. Iâm having a hard time getting this guck off.â Strangely he wasnât freaking out, but it was possibly he didnât see the other clearly so he assumed it was just another regular human which really didnât scare himâŠ.much.
Oh, he fell into it. But to her relief, it didnât seem deep. It wasnât sucking him in or anything like it did in the movies. Though Ketsueki always told her movies loved to exaggerate. Maybe all quick sand was like this.
She watched from behind a tree, her head tilting to the side as the stranger tried to get the sand off his face. When he spoke, her eyes scanned the area and saw the bag. She went over it and found the cloth and went over to him, and offered it to him. âGlad you didnât get sucked into.. L-like the movies.. But youâre trying to camp?â
((Just a little update, Aiza has been added to this blog where she should be. She still has the same personality, just different story. Her original story.
@undead-muses
âI donât know about you, but I care about our world. It takes just a few seconds to pick up trash,â Ketsueki said as he stabbed the litter that was on the ground and used his bladed tail to pick it up. âWhether you did it or not, it doesnât matter.. Though I canât tell if you ignored the garbage, or simply didnât notice it...â His crimson hand plucked the trash off his tail, and dangled it between two fingers.
His good hand reached into his lab coat pocket, pulling out what seemed like a tiny plastic squirt gun. He aimed it at the trash and pulled the trigger. In an instance, the trash was no more. Not even even a dust particle.Â
âAll this time... and itâs just at 6%...â
âIt has updates... I havenât installed it and touched it in... years.â
âI think... Iâll try Elder Scrolls Online...â

â Ahhââ no, not selling anything, â she began as she looked up at him, gaze clearly assessing what she saw in front of her but unfazed regardless. In her hands was a small, ornate tin, wrapped in a floral patterned ribbon for flare, gripped gently so as to avoid denting the thin metal. â I moved into the neighborhood a few weeks back, and Iâve been bringing all the neighbors sweets whenever I can to try and meet everyone. â
She would omit the fact that she was warned to steer clear of this property; not that sheâd ever once in her life listened to a voice projecting caution anyways.
âEh? So youâre just giving gifts?â the demon replied, his eye locking onto the tin. âI heard someone moved in the neighborhood, but I never bothered to know who yet... I have been... rather busy.â His bladed tail clicked the door open wider to show his whole, bloody frame. A lab coat with tears and blood on it, and a black shirt. Everywhere on his body there were crimson shards protruding out, with blood trickling out, like a faucet nudged just enough to let water flow out.
âWell, for starts, I am Ketsueki. I am head of a company that sells... well anything! My motto is, you wish it, I make it!â he said with spread hands. âThough.... I donât accept all customers.. But anywho, who are you?âÂ
