"Go touch grass."
I do, I'm growing three types of corn. Corn is a grass. I am also growing wildflowers specifically designed by god himself to lure in pollinators and hummingbirds, sunflowers of three different varieties, marigold flowers of three different kinds, carnations, begonias, impatiens, zinnas, and many more flowers. I also am growing jack o'lantern pumpkins, two types of squash, ten types of tomato, cucumbers, three types of melons (one cantaloupe, two watermelons), carrots, radishes, cabbage, kale... Herbs like cilantro, parsley, basil, sage, oregano, dill.... I could go on. Sweetheart, I not only touch grass, but I am elevated above that.
I touch grass. Now, here's my counter questions. Do you bother to touch the living soil beneath the grass? Do you know how to turn dead, brown dirt into a home for plants/grass? Do you know which plants fix dirt into soil and what it takes to feed plants? Do you know how to feed the ground first before planting?
