Well, it seems fate is on our sides.

This... Really gives loving yourself a truer meaning to it, doesn't it?

Almost...... there. She's done. Tsubomi had spent most of her time, picking out the flowers she thought were the best to put in this bouquet! I mean, what's more to do than give your best friend A bouquet of flowers that you picked out specifically for them. And maybe.. Just maybe she was planning on telling her something. But she'd have to wait till she handed Erika the flowers. Then she'd decide.

Slowly walking from her house to Erikas, she held the bouquet close to her. She honestly hoped that Erika would appreciate them as well. The most she could do for a home-made Valentine's present could only really be arranging flowers honestly.

She could have tried baking, but really. She puts her everything in it when it comes to flowers. And she's rather giver her something that she put her blood, sweat and tears into than something that's half-baked. Or in this case, fully baked but not enough effort.

Knocking at the door, she fidgets a bit. Erika should be home about this time. OR at least she hoped she was. Well..... It would hurt to at least check to be sure, right?

"Erika.. You are home, right?"

“Are you sure? I think you might just be hearing things.”

"I am pretty sure I heard something. And it's not just me hearing things!"

"Oh."

"H-Hi Tsubomi. Haha…!"

“You heard nothing I promise.”

#But.. That does say an awful lot about our future.#Hahaha...

"Hello Erika!"

"No. I think I did hear something."

I heard that.

"Oh that’s totally fine!" Slightly unexpected, from what Erika would guess. But slightly. It’ll do. “Want me to go make some popcorn or do you want to cover that?"

Well, it is Tsubomi’s house. So she’s guessing that Tsubomi will probably cover the popcorn. And hopefully her parents won’t mind about the sudden sleepover… at least not too much. But Tsubomi’s parents do seem fairly laid back. And Erika’s parents are really laid back too, so everything should work out.

"Alright!" Tsubomi nodded. Yes, she could agree that her movie of choice was somewhat.. Unexpected, but well a movie was a movie, not to mention she had only seen a part of it once. What could be better than watching it with a friend during a sleepover?

"Ah, I can cover it. You are a guest here, even if you are my friend Erika! Just sit tight and I'll go make the popcorn." Tsubomi stated, giving a small smile. "I'll be right back! If you want, you could get the movie ready, or look through any of the other movies I have." She added. And with that, she left her room, heading down to the kitchen.

"Movies are totally fine! What’s your selection, Tsubomi?" She’s pretty excited to be watching a movie with Tsubomi. And most likely, Erika doesn’t even care what they watch.

As long as it isn’t some boring documentary, but Tsubomi wouldn’t be that lame. If Erika were to guess, a large amount of Tsubomi’s collection would be some sort of romance movies.

"Alright! Um, you wouldn't mind if we watched Princess and the frog, would you?" She suggests. "If so, I easily can choose another one."

It's not a documentary, but it's not technically a romance movie you would expect. After all, it's mainly for children since the whole theme with princes. But, a kid's movie never hurt anyone before.

As soon as the pink haired girl is in-front of her, Erika gives her a pretty energetic kiss on the lips. “Thanks for helping me out earlier!"

A bit surprised by the sudden and energetic kiss, Tsubomi stands in surprise for a bit before blushing and giving a bit of a nod.

"Haha.. You're welcome..!"

Ah, Tsubomi, the shy and introverted Pretty Cure..

Oh! Hello, Mirage.. It's nice to see you.

"Tsubomi! Tsubomi! I have something important for you!"

"Huh? Something important? What is it?"

The girl I’ve looked up into in life turned out to be false, and she’s actually crazy and bent on turning the world into despair.

So I’ve spent years of my life trying to be more like her only to find out that’s not what she’s like at all.

I honestly hate to say it, but it seems like the people you aspire to be like aren't always what they seem to be. And in this case, that was it, sadly.

But, I think it's good that you've come to this realization in a way?

Because, I know that you looked up to her and tried to be more like her, but this gives you room to be more of yourself! I know it's hard to come to terms with in a way when you've looked up to this person and met them, only to find out the truth about them..

Though, I am really sorry you had to find out the way you did. It would have been albeit easier on you if she would have told you herself and been upfront about it.

Erika was here!!!!

Eleven. That’s reasonable…. except for the middle of summer. Who wants to go to bed at eleven in the summer? Oh well! It’s not her sleeping habits so she won’t argue. “That’ll work for me!" But if she ends up waking up when the sun comes up, she will be confused as hell. After all, she’s used to the sun being high in the sky when she wakes up at about noon. “What do you wanna do ‘til then?"

Tsubomi gives a smile. She glad to hear that her sleeping habit isn't too early for it being summer and all. Honestly, Tsubomi expected herself to be falling asleep later, but some habits you just can't break. Though, hearing Erika's question, she shrugs.

"I'm not sure. We could watch a movie I guess? If that's okay with you. Or if you have any other suggestions, I'm willing to listen."

Right, well Erika certainly learned a lesson about subtlety and how it really can make a difference. This has gone a zillion times less awkward than when she kissed the girl beforehand. The outcome this time has been much better. For a girl that’s so in-your-face, she’s actually starting to learn more about other peoples’ limitations. And that’s a good thing.

"Great! So when do you usually go to sleep? You know I’m usually up almost all night, so I’m probably going to go to bed when you do so I don’t end up messing up your sleeping schedule." It’s only fair right? Luckily for Tsubomi, Erika falls asleep REALLY quickly once her eyes actually shut. It’s practice from lots of napping at school, she can turn off her mind like a light switch.

Although considering some of the things she has heard when she’s napping on the couch about how loud she can get, which she’s sure is just her sister playing with her head for the record, she’s slightly worried that she might end up keeping Tsubomi up when they go to sleep.

Besides, she can’t say no to cuddles… right?

God bless that this had gone better than the last time. Tsubomi doesn't think her heart could take much more of this awkwardness. And thankfully, she didn't have a delayed reaction.

"Um. Usually around 11:00. I don't like staying up too late or it's harder to wake up in the morning and hard to stay awake in classes." She explained. It's true though, late to bed and late to rise makes a lady sleep deprived.

"No, no. Not at all like last time." Erika slowly approaches the other and gives her a fairly basic kiss on the lips. It lasts a second or so, and she doesn’t mind. It’s actually, kind of nice. “So, there you go." She giggles nervously for a moment.

If Erika didn’t have so many questions in her head and so much of an odd feeling in her stomach, she’d probably hold Tsubomi’s hand for a bit. Even someone with such an eccentric personality like Erika is a bit uneasy around a crush, and in her mind that’s totally understandable. “Y’know… it is kinda late, can I stay over?" That’s definitely a weird question since her house is just next door. Erika, what do you have planned?

"Alright.." Tsubomi mumbles. Soon with Erika coming to her, she felt a pair of lips on her own. It was a sweet and rather soft kiss. Tsubomi felt herself smiling and her face heating up again.

"T-that was nice.." And it was! Aside from a heated and pretty passionate kiss, the one she had just received was nice and soft and wow did her heart just quicken in pace?

With the small silence between them for a few seconds, Tsubomi shifts on her feet before hearing her question. Which was kind of weird, considering that she lives literally next door.

"Um. Sure. I don't mind." Plus, could she really say no to Erika spending the night? Probably, but this wasn't one of those times.
