Shooting form
I have always found kids shooting with 2 hands not effective, ugly and easy to block. Even if you want fairly enough power as a person over 15 it's not your strength holding you back - it is your form and leg usage. Kids usually find shooting with the right form hard because they can't throw the ball in the hoop further than 3-4 meters away from the basket, or at least that is what coaches of young teams think. The way a kid should get more power in his shot would be to get more power from your legs and get most of the arm strength from the flick. Sure it is difficult to get this form at a young age but it is rewarding. If you want to get a better form and get more power on the shot, get specific days on your workout alone where you mostly or just practice the form and the right shot. Form IS important
