This was a completely new idea to me when I started taking better care of my hair. I had never heard of scalp treatments but let me tell you they are amazing! . Scalp treatments are usually done pre-poo or before shampooing. Don’t worry the oils will wash off once you shampoo (recommended to shampoo twice) and they won’t make your scalp oilier. These treatments should be left on for at least an hour or even overnight to fully nourish your scalp and stimulate your hair follicles. I always pair my scalp treatments with a relaxing scalp massage to treat myself and my scalp by increasing extra blood flow to my scalp and hair follicles for maximal hair growth. . My bff @iamshellybaca sent it over to me as a birthday gift in September and I haven’t stopped using it since. It’s literally part of my morning and night-time routine. I love that it is so lightweight and really goes right into the skin once applied. ✨ The serum has anti-aging benefits, helps to hydrate the skin, it’s great for firming and also protects against pollution. 👉🏼 It has 3 key ingredients which is the organic rose water, hyaluronic acid, and marine pine bark. The marine pine bark is really interesting to me because this ingredient helps to protect your skin from free radicals and balance the skin’s sebum level. I had initially started using this serum when I first started taking prescribed topical acne treatments and my skin was so dry. After putting it on, it felt like my skin drank a whole glass of water. It’s really effective and it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky on the skin.
