You'd think Bertie's own comments about stepping away from social media, not to mention the entire fiasco caused by losers who thought it appropriate to stalk Suranne and Tom with idiotic questions about him, would have knocked at least a shred of sense into some of you. Apparently not.

This behaviour is pathetic, embarrassing, and utterly reprehensible. Get a fucking grip and learn some basic boundaries.

This, 100 per cent this! I’m also reblogging because I’ve seen people sending Adam James inappropriate DM’s amongst other things. These are real people with real lives and feelings, they aren’t content mills or ways to get closer to Bertie. They aren’t going to post content about him just because so called ‘fans’ are harassing them. This kind of thing really pisses me off because he’s a nice guy who doesn’t deserve to be treated like a piece of meat by a bunch of idiots who have no respect for others or the craft of acting. I’ve already had to leave multiple fandoms cause of this behaviour over the years. I’m not quitting Bertie cause some people have no manners, empathy or common sense. This time the idiots can leave. They need to be called out and shamed until something sinks in with them.

I’ve been a Bertie Carvel fan for nearly five years now and I've never once seen a photo of his son, nor do I want to. I go on the Adam Dalgliesh tag and see what looks like a photo taken with out his consent with his son in public and people gushing it's so cute and reblogging. Like what the fuck is wrong with you all? You should be ashamed.

I've nothing against him getting new fans but can some of you stop being parasocial fucking weirdos for 5 minutes! It's bad enough people are taking photos and videos of him in public and sharing without consent but his son too!?. It's his and his wife’s decision if and when they share photos or videos of him with the public, not you.

Just seen how much the new Harry Potter kids are apparently being paid. If that’s true I get why the whole cast has signed on to this show. Especially considering the decline of the UK TV, film and theatre industries right now. Heck I’d sign on for that kind of money.
