I put out a new album today. It’s 8 songs, clocking in at 10 minutes.

The premise for the album was I had let an internet troll convince me I was losing the fan base I had built, and that I was wasting my time with music. This all came to a head at 3am one night when I was alone. I turned on my camera, started playing and this came out.

So to continue, I did the same for some more songs. I call it “Mental Mastvrbation: A Collection of Short Dumb Songs You’ll Hate”

It’d mean a ton if you check it out. It’s short, but it’s super personal.

So here’s my thing, none of this has given incentive to want to fix anything. You preach you wanna grow and work on you, yet you put yourself in the same situation and stay in it because at the end of the day, you don’t want to. You’re sad because the relationship ended. It happens. It doesn’t mean you want to come back.

I said it before you left that I’m not your walking mat anymore. And last night I showed a moment of weakness. But my vision is clear now.

“I don’t like him.”

“I need to be alone.”

“I want us to be together again one day.”

Things I’ve heard from you time and time again. I hope you do work on yourself and grow. I hope one day you wake up and realize you’re looking up to and seeking wisdom from the wrong people.

But I won’t be here once you do, if you do. We weren’t going to get back together immediately if you came home today. But at least it would have showed effort and an ability to think for yourself and the power to actually put yourself in a growable situation. But again. Mom and dad said you can’t go out to play, so you stay home.
