This isn't going to be my normal post, but I wanted to tell yall a story of myself. Don't worry it's positive, it was actually my first discovery of letting myself become someone I never knew I could be. When I was younger, my mother would always have me in a long bobbed haircut and so I just went with it for the longest time. If my memory is correct, I was 11 or so when I went to get my haircut. I went somewhere different than my usual place that was in Walmart so I saw a complete different style in that new hair solan. They asked me what I wanted, and I faced my anxieties and asked for a very short haircut (I used one of those books). I was so scared I would look awful and my family and friends would make fun of me. Once the stylist was finished, I saw what I looked like. I cried, I didn't cry because it was bad though. I cried because I felt amazing, like I should look like this. I realized from that day that I wasn't entirely female, it made me realize that there was something buried in me that needed to be me. You can take this story however you want, but that day made me realize I was never myself and I was going to change into a person that was how I should be
