Proshitters, anyone under 16, homophobes, dreammare shippers (any problematic ship), usual dni criteria just use your common sense.
I’m so happy about the info of Killer being trans because of so many reasons, but the main one is bc it shows how the fandom has grown and how accepting it is now.
When a certain Dreamtale fan creator got outted for being transphobic, tumblr took the time to make trans Dream art to combat the hate and to show that nothing was wrong with being trans. It was one of my favorite days on tumblr because despite the drama, the community truly united in the face of hate and made the situation something beautiful and sweet.
When Cross was confirmed trans-coded, some people tried to hate on it, only to be appropriately shut down while so many people rallied in support of it. Many people took the opportunity to expand on the concept and to honor it in their own retellings as they themselves felt seen.
And with Killer being confirmed to have a canon relationship with a man, and so many people being thrilled— coming back to the fandom to make art of the pairing and to tune into their story and root for them. Now, he’s confirmed trans, and the excitement I’ve seen online is so lovely. I’m sure there’s bad people hating on it— trying to ruin the fun. But, the majority of what I’ve seen is people celebrating and being brought to tears that their favorite character for years represents them in some way.
It’s truly lovely to see how we’ve all progressed. In the early days, people didn’t even allow Frisk to be seen as nonbinary without an argument, and now, people fight to keep that identity alive. Long time characters that could never fully be themselves in the past are now openly queer because the community is more accepting and willing to listen. It genuinely is so wonderful to witness.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT MIKE TRIO
All the Mikes act more-so as bodyguards with different roles to uplift Tenna.
SMALL MIKE/BATTAT
KEY POINTS:
-Elusive "Co-host" and spy for Mr.Tenna, does all of the surveillance around TV world as well as gathering intel on the Dreemurrs for Tenna's benefit.
-Dynamic with Mr. Tenna is somewhat flipped from the canon counterpart, Battat has a bit more leverage over him here. Though this dynamic wouldn't be outwardly admitted by Tenna, leaving it unspoken.
-Compared to his canon counterpart he is less concerned about only finding out who the real "Mike" is and is more concerned with uncovering Mr. Tenna's personal business. Which includes his past regarding Spamton. Becoming obsessed with finding out what had caused Mr.Tenna to change in the first place. Documenting everything.
-Helps to journal and create sensationalist headlines for Tenna.
GENERAL PERSONALITY:
-Smug, vain, overconfident, somewhat superficial. Deeply juxtaposed to canon Battat, he assumes he knows everything and knows it best, especially when it’s about Mr. Tenna.
-Due to being around and monitorting Mr. Tenna so much, Tenna's traits have somewhat naturally “rubbed off” on Battat. Especially in times of stress Battat tends to mimic his behaviors.
-He feels entitled about Tenna, wanting Tenna all to himself (like canon Battat) and is technically successful in doing so (unlike canon Battat) but at the cost of a skewed dynamic.
-Somewhat mirroring Mr. Tenna's loss of identity, he's lost himself in the entire Mike facade and has lost himself by being so absorbed with Tenna's past.
-Generally a bad influence on Tenna alongside Ramb (enabling the changes that caused Tenna to lose himself in the first place and spiral down into isolation as well as the tactics he uses to keep eyes on himself).
-No better than the fanatic Pippins, he's taken the concept to the extreme.
-Is still an emotional rock to Tenna here and heavily relied upon, deeply trusted by Tenna for better or for worse considering all of the past info he has kept on Tenna unbeknownst to him.
CAT MIKE/PLUEY

KEY POINTS:
-Mike Trio's costume designer, Mr. Tenna's personal tailor, and stylist.
-Designed the Mike costumes and Tenna's "new" outfit (the current one he wears after giving into Ramb’s suggestions). Most trusted Mike he often goes to for (literally) keeping up appearances.
-Probably the most similar to his canon counterpart out of the three Mikes, mostly here for fun, enjoying the promotion from costume designer to Tenna’s personal stylist that he gets in this role.
GENERAL PERSONALITY:
-A bit more bold and "forward" in comparison to his canon counterpart's laid back and reserved attitude. Doesn't keep to himself as much and moreso nosy.
-He gets along incredibly well with Battat, unlike canon they're much more tightly knit due to their similar personalities. Especially since Pluey doesn't actually want to be personally involved with Tenna's feelings and emotional needs, allowing Battat to fully monopolize it.
(This in no way stops Tenna from still finding him cute, which Pluey is flattered by.)
-The Mike that Battat considers the most helpful in terms of gathering information and just knowing what others are saying about him.
COWBOY MIKE/JONGLER

KEY POINTS:
-The Mike who takes their role as bodyguard seriously.
-Although they're not versed at the whole gathering intel or reconnaissance like Battat is, they make sure to keep everything in physical order, ensuring Mr. Tenna's Safety and Privacy.
-Because of their clashing roles, intent, and personalities- Battat and Jongler do not get along well. Jongler was under the impression that the Mikes were here to aid Tenna, they weren’t really prepared for Battat spiraling into uncovering Tenna’s past and trying to co-host the whole show alongside him.
-Leaning more into an "Outlaw" Persona, they’re more imposing here and a little less “airheaded” than canon Jongler.
GENERAL PERSONALITY:
-More quiet and reserved compared to their canon counterpart.
Willingly refuses to listen to Battat's commands, sometimes going out of their way to do the complete opposite. (Thinking of the bit in the actual Mike battle)
-For this reason, they have the better sense of humor of the three.
-The only Mike who feels a bit guilty about the vice grip that Battat and the idea of "Mike" in general has over Mr.Tenna. Feeling especially bad about the whole ruse, including Battat knowing and digging though Mr.Tenna's past and secrets.
-For this reason, when they're the Mike-of-the-Day they keep any new revelations they find out about Mr.Tenna secret from Battat, which can lead to arguments and infighting.
-Ultimately they are willingly still a part of the Mike Trio. They can be amiable and silly with the other two.
I have this nagging feeling that Nightmare sometimes spends his free evenings solving key words, crosswords, wordsearch - that sort of thing. Cross would first tease the guardian a bit, calling this pastime “anti-senility”; as far as I recall, puzzle-based elements weren’t nearly as common in his AU as they were in other AUs set in underground. In Nightmare’s home universe, too, there’s nothing inherently tied to solving puzzles, but over the centuries he might have developed an interest in them. First of all, he’s a long-lived old man, and that explains a lot. Second, I find it quite interesting to view him as an immortal (mostly immortal) who, over the centuries, has come to understand the cultures and nature of mortals in many ways
And it would be funny if Cross picked up on his husband’s old-fashioned hobby one day. But I think he’d actually prefer Sudoku or reverse crossword puzzles, where the words are given and you have to fill them into the grid of empty cells yourself. I can just picture them sitting there late at night, drinking tea - which, as usual, Nightmare has brewed - each working on their own puzzle, occasionally muttering something under their breath.
У меня устойчивое ощущение, что Найтмер в свободные вечера иногда разгадывает кейворды, кроссворды, филворды, вот такую фигню. Кросс сперва немного подтрунивал над хранителем, называя это развлечение "анти-маразм"; насколько я помню, в его АВ не были так распространены головоломки в отличае от вселенных, где события происходили в подземелье. У Найтмера тоже в родной АВ не то, чтобы что-то было завязано на решении головоломок, но за века он мог бы проникнуться к ним интересом. Во-первых, он дед-долгожитель, и это многое объясняет. Во-вторых, довольно интересно для меня рассматривать его как бессмертного (по большей части бессмертного), что за века проникся культурами и природой смертных во многом.
И было бы забавно, если бы Кросс перенял этот дедовский интерес супруга однажды. Только мне кажется, что ему больше бы понравилось судоку или кроссворды наоборот, где слова даны и их нужно расставить в сетку пустых клеток самому. Так и представляю, как они сидят глубокими вечерами, пьют чай, который по классике заварил Найтмер, и разгадывают каждый своё, бормоча порой что-то себе под нос.
