theres nothing that i love more than a morning walk on an empty stomach

i got this app called “charlie: walking charlie” and i love it so much. it tracks your steps with this cute little character called charlie but charlies overweight until you walk 10,000 steps and then he becomes skinny. such fun motivation to get your steps in

well the good news is my endo was certain of the fact i wasn’t gonna be overweight by my next visit in 6 months

getting my wisdom teeth out on Wednesday and my friend told me she lost 10 pounds (4.5 kgs) when she got hers removed am im hoping for the same 🙏
