the whole song is just so neil josten imo but specifically thinking of the baltimore scene and these lyrics...

i mean enough said - neil being found by his father, his fear of him (the mention of his eyes just ties it all together tbh)

his father and his men catching up to him once again

all the times theyve caught up to neil, all the times theyve tried to kill him - but hes still alive

neil leaving his bag and phone behind for andrew to find, leaving evidence as to what happened

logically this would likely be in regards to somebody coming to save him (andrew, foxes, fbi, etc.) but neil kinda shut neil josten away and resigned himself to his death so also him just wanting it over and done with - not wanting it dragged out the way nathan wanted it
somebody else has to see what im seeing ; if they dont then i fear i have to write/edit this myself
