I don’t know what was so funny, probably something very very stupid. But when you’re not allowed to laugh it’s somehow the funniest thing ever.
This is me coping after seeing Nora’s recent post about how she’s not gonna give Jeremy an ounce of peace in TBC #sendhelp
For a moment I thought I drew him toooo bulky. No such thing. And buff Jeremy with long hair is the stuff of dreams (defo Jean’s dreams anyway).
Let the man daydream of those tanned, freckled, biceps.
”You look better. California agrees with you”.
I think it’s very important that we appreciate jean’s shorts have little sun’s on them☀️
I just love the idea that he woke up from a long afternoon nap. The girls let him sleep and later Jean comes into the kitchen on his own, messy hair, sleepy, throwing on some shorts that Jeremy got him as a joke so he “can still have some sun when Jeremy’s gone for the day”.
just Jean living a slow and happy life:)

“Party’s inside”.
“And my partner is outside. Alone”.
Something I wrote inspired from my art:)
Thinking ahead in the third book where Jeremy is the one in need of support now. Jean is finding his place, his family, he’s finally standing stable on solid ground without fear of it crumbling beneath him. Jeremy on the other hand is already slowly sinking as fast as quick sand, and he’s beginning to not see a realistic way out.
Jean finds him alone after finishing a heated call with his Mother. Jeremy’s tired and can’t muster up a genuine smile because he’s too cold and numb on the inside. “Go inside, Jean. I’ll be right behind you”. “Jeremy”. Jean says nothing more but the force he puts in the last part of his name makes Jeremy wince a bit. Jean wouldn’t demand anything of him but he was getting close to it. He must have seen something in Jeremy that Jeremy wasn’t sharp enough to conceal. Shit, he thinks, I’m already breaking. “Not tonight. Just- Not tonight”. He watches Jean clench and unclench his jaw, grey eyes watchful and too knowing for Jeremy to handle so he pushes off the wall with a little too much irritation and Jean backs off. “Lets go”.
The rest of the night Jean keeps a watchful eye on his captain. Laila seems to notice the heavy slump in Jeremy’s shoulders but doesn’t comment on it, just bumps her shoulder against Jean’s in silent, exhausted understanding. They all go home their separate ways and for the rest of the night Jean lays awake, burning holes in his ceiling and trying to ignore the alarmingly empty space on his left side where his partner should be.
“Party’s inside”.
