We are BLYSSchocolate.com, a 3rd generation social enterprise who makes ‘single bean virgin chocolate’ for foodies writers and chefs. Our customers are tired of over hyped infos and greenwashing in the chocolate industry, and are sick of heavy-roasted bitter tastes and additives in their chocolate. We’ve been told that people want to believe in their food again, have it taste great; and get the information they need from the aroma and flavour themselves. What separates BLYSS from other chocolate companies is that we are a third generation social enterprise in agroecology and carry with us the traditions from 100 years of working with developing communities and creating amazing delights, direct from the forest. And because of this, our beloved online shoppers and business customers receive the freshest chocolate vintages from two special terroirs and an assurance that we are the change they wish to see.

First grinding of the dry season is done and sent to Europe and going out to BLYSS chocolate club members today and in meantime, the fermentation and drying rooms are left empty for about 8 weeks now. Life is colourful when you see all the ‘coincidences’ come together.
