Fitbit’s personalization algorithm is the worst! Reminded today about why I don’t travel from either non-primary airports and on any low-cost carriers. So far my #gatwick #norwegianair experience has been a disaster!!! Another day another drama. Got to the airport in my habitual 60mins ahead rule only to be off boarded from my plane to #chicago. After yelling and screaming for 25 minutes at the #americanairlines manager with no progress the rebooking agent was super nice, called the gate, opened the flight and got me my boarding card and after a 15 minute run, I kept my record of never missing a flight!
