Alan spends all day fixing computer problems at city hall, which means 3 things:

1) he has remarkable patience and problem-solving skills

2) he has always been a nerd and didn't really realize until now that he could just..fuck? he can hookup with his roommate and there isn't some nerd/jock police that will show up and stop them?

3) he is unbelievably pent-up, not just in the "I only knew my own fist until now" way, but on the daily he deals with So Much irritation, and now that he's found an outlet he wants to do it every chance he gets.
