Happy Father’s Day.

So Majid and I have been househunting for a while. We need something bigger now that we’re a family of five, baby Ella can’t share a room with her parents forever. I think we finally found the perfect spot today! 

We only brought Ella with us and left Thad with some friends of mine, looking at houses is stressful enough without a toddler walking around, wanting to touch every dangerous thing in sight. 

This new place needs a lot of work. But I think I’ll be able to do most of it myself. Maybe with a little help from a few friends. House renovating party anyone...?

In case you’re wondering, yes, we’re still at the hospital with Ella. She has started having trouble breathing again on and off, so they’re not ready to let us take her home just yet. 

Majid and I miss our little Thaddy every day. So thank God for our awesome friends that sends us updates about him on a regular basis. My phone is almost full of pics of him at this point. Apparently, him and Butters are still best buds. Even more so now that Thad is finally on the move. I can’t believe our little man is crawling already, and using his walker like a big boy. I can’t wait to come home and see it with my own eyes.

Introducing Ella Angela Nevaeh Murray 👶🏾 Ella has finally grown strong enough to survive without all the wires and tubes. So a few days ago, we could finally get all our friends over to the hospital to meet her. There's been times when I've almost given up hope. I was so scared that our babygirl wouldn't make it. Yet, here we are. I'm just hoping that we can take her home soon, so she can meet her big brother.

Sorry for being MIA

It's just a lot right now. We're still at the hospital with Ella, and we don't know when we get to take her home yet. She is having trouble breathing, since her lungs were not developed enough when she was born, and she has stopped breathing a few times. But the doctors says that we just need to give it time. So right now, I'm just trying to focus on being there for my daughter and her mother. So if I don't post much these next few weeks, that's why.

Majids water just broke. It’s way too soon for our little beanie to be born… Almost 18 weeks early. I don’t know what’s gonna happen now, but I need to be there for my woman in case this ends badly… Keep us in your thoughts.

This is where I’m gonna spend my 26th birthday. On the couch. Sleeping. Yep, this old man is officially 26 years old now 😂 Well, it’s kind of my birthday anyway. I was born February 29th 1992. On a leap year 😂 So technically, I can only celebrate my real birthday every four years. But usually, I just celebrate on March 1st instead, since that is the day after February 28th. That kinda makes sense… Right? 🤔 I didn’t want a party or anything this year. With Majid being pregnant and us dealing with a teething five month old baby on top of everything else… It just wasn’t gonna happen. Better luck next year 😂

Thaddeus five month update Damn, I can't believe my son is almost half a year old. Feels like it was just yesterday that I got to hold him in my arms for the very first time. There's not that much new to update you guys on honestly. He still eats mainly formula, but we did try feeding him some mashed up avocados the other day, which he seemed to really enjoy. Still no teeth yet, but he has been a bit more cranky than usual, so something might happen on that front soon. Butters and Thad are still best buds, it's actually gotten to the point that everytime Thad gets upset, Butters is the only one who can make him happy again. Preferably by licking Thads face, which we've really tried to put a stop to. It's not really working though 😂 Guess that's it for this update. Let me know if you have more questions about our little Coco Bean, and we'll try to answer to the best of our ability!

Since my woman is currently craving chicken nuggets, this is how we spent our Valentines Day this year 😂 She definitely beat me, but hey, she's eating for two, so it wasn't a fair fight! 😂 Now I don't wanna see a single chicken nugget for at least another year 🤢 (poses by @kikovanitysimmer)
