"‘I would bomb the shit out of them" -- President Trump (November 12, 2012)
"This is not the outcome that we wanted and we worked so hard for, and I am sorry that we did not win this election" --Hillary Clinton (November 9, 2016)
One person wins, everybody loses.
A 1941 Wartime Dollar Sign Monopoly box with 1946 metal tokens.
The 1941 box had had the metal tokens removed from inside the box and the cover artwork. They were replaced inside with wooden tokens because on January 16, 1942, President Roosevelt gave the executive order which established the War Production Board to regulate materials and fuels, and they started cracking whips.
Once the war was over, they decided it was cool to waste precious resources on frivolous shit again. The mold for the Civil War style cannon had been lost however, so they replaced it with a more modern style howitzer. The shoe was replaced with the horse and rider, and a driver was added to the car as well.
