self harm, addictions, and hallucinations should not EVER be something you want. its NOT a joke. its not some silly quirk. its not something you can identify as. these things are LIFE RUINING. TAKE. US. SERIOUSLY.

i don’t want to be bitchy or annoying and say i understand/know already, but i do. i have gone from cutting my hair -> cutting my nails short -> now cutting my thighs over the years (starting from when i was around 10 i think).

i have never smoked nor have i hallucinated but i firmly believe i will/i “deserve” to in the future and for the rest of my life. not “deserve” as a reward but “deserve” as a punishment.

me wanting to 1. never stop harming myself 2. become addicted to a readily available but incredibly harmful habit 3. hallucinate and overall feel even worse is really just part of 1. me wanting to harm myself.
