My Degreasing Guide

After some discussion on my Instagram last night I thought I’d make a little post showing how I manage my little degreasing set up! This came about when I got my bobcat skeleton and is made with supplies I had available, but this can easily be altered to work with a variety of different set ups and animals to clean. I’ll be making this into a story to view on my insta as well.

What up tumblr yesterday I was hit by a fucking car while on a cross walk cuz some bitch was too busy on her phone. Then she sped the fuck off.

I have a dislocated knee and several other superfucked joints (and a possible sprained elbow) and I can’t go to the doctor to get em fixed cuz I don’t have money or insurance.

Uhhhhh who wants to entertain me to keep my mind off of how much pain I’m in?

Any vultures in the US have some salvaged tails they could sell me to get here by next weekend? My brother suddenly decided he wants to take me to a renaissance festival and I’d like to clip one or two to my belt!

I have a lot to sell before I move and I only have a few weeks to do so. I need to rid of quite a few skeletons and stand alone skulls. I have tanuki skulls available selling at $47 each or $90 for two.

I have the following skeletons for sale.

- Grey fox skeleton x2 - Woodchuck skeleton x2 - Fawn skeleton - Coyote skeleton x2 - Bobcat skeleton*

I may have more but those come to mind first. I also have a lynx skull I can sell and rabbit skulls/skeletons.

Taxidermy piece for #PetSematary.

I attended class by the immensely talented and ethical taxidermist @madefromthedead_taxidermy from The British Academy of Taxidermy and learnt the correct method to stuff a dead mouse at The Last Tuesday Society’s Museum of Curiosities.

Lots of wonderful taxidermy and oddities on display, very inspirational to see! Had such a fun time, very exciting to do taxidermy and equally at such an exciting and welcoming venue. Highly recommend visiting if you’re ever in London!

Taxidermy is one of my favourite art forms. Through puppetry and animation, creating life from the lifeless has always been my passion. And taxidermy fits right in with this love for both animating the dead and celebrating our mortality and absurd existence.
