i binged again today unfortunately since i planned to eat 200kcal and i ate around . 900 in total but thats still a quite big deficit for me so im trying no tto be upset about it (i want to die). im going on a long walk rn though since i have a lot of energy<3

oh my god. i literally want to kms right now. i havent been here recently because ive actually been doing SO WELL for almost a week like . actually well, i have been in a healthy deficit (1.1k-1.3k daily range), felt like i was making slow progress on my weight loss while fighting ed at the same time. but for some reason i sabotaged myself today and i binged SO MUCH on shit i didnt even want. i want to cry right now. i feel like never eating again, like how do i expect to be skinny when i do shit like this. im so disgusted with myself i actually managed to throw up for the first time ever which idk if its a win or a loss. im so tired i want all of this to be over but i know it wont be unless i literally d(e. its so bad i feel like its never been worse

i kinda miss my 14yo era when i could actually lose weight healthily, had a moderate calorie deficit, wasnt always thinking about food, i had good habits, didnt spend every single day thinking about how much i hate my body and now i just go days starving myself before breaking down and binging on snacks because i mentally cant bring myself eat a normal meal

uhh so i binged today and wxceeded my daily goal by . a lot (like 1.7k total). i feel really guilty so ill prob fast tmrw but i try not to beat myself up for today, because i need to learn to accept this. accept that im still bulimic and not every day is gonna be good, not everyday will i stay under my goal, some days i will binge. its still a deficit for me, so im making progress! even if its small. i can make up for it tomorrow. its hard to accept, but feeling sorry for mtself wont change anything. my legs hurt tremendously from working out but ill prob go for a walk rn so i can clear my head and burn some calories before my night shift ad work today 😔 stay safe everyone:)
