Food: Nice to meet you

When you are travelling, the first thing in your mind is explore explore explore...during this process, we encounter several exceperience that we don't recorded...one of this is food!

During my stay in Asia, food was one of the best treasure I've been trough. Their spicy food is indescrivible, and very very very far away from the one that you can find in your ethnic fav place in Europe.

Tonight, I was Indonesian-food sick, so I use one of the cube of curry paste bought in Bali...

So, next time you're exploring a new place, try as many dishes as possible! You will be high rewarded!

Friday = decompress

1. You are entering in your home. Does not matter if a marble villa or a shared room...it's your personal space. The working week is over. Your stress is over.

2. Switch on your favorite music device...select a jazzy tune. It's your music. Your moment.

3. Take your kettle out. Pour in it some water. While you waiting the bubble, listen the song in the background.

Try to switch off the mind with the help of the music. The water is ready.

Enjoy your tea. Your are ready now for the shower.
