I really think they should’ve shown cas’ trueform in 15x18. so that cas bears his soul (grace) to dean in all ways. it also could’ve been a parallel to when cas tried to speak to dean in 4x01 but couldn’t because he didn’t have enough faith. showing that now dean has faith in cas.

Cas gets sick (like literally just with a cold or flu) and Dean starts panicking because he can’t bear seeing Cas suffering. Bonus: This causes Dean to realize that he’s in love with Cas because just friends don’t react that way

Night At The Museum AU where Dean is Jedediah (the little cowboy) and Cas is Octavius (the little Roman)

After Cas dies (the Empty death) Dean develops agoraphobia partly because of the trauma and partly because he’s convinced the Cas is coming back and needs to be in the Bunker so he’s there when it happens. Bonus: Cas DOES come back but Dean’s agoraphobia isn’t just cured so they work on it together

Team Free Will goes to an amusement park but it turns out Dean is scared of rollercoasters

Canon Divergent: Jack enrolls in a school and Dean and Cas go to parent teacher night. OPTIONAL: Dean and Cas aren’t together (yet) and Dean sort of freaks out about the teacher thinking they’re a couple

Cas and Dean go to a bar/club and a guy flirts with Cas. Dean immediately goes “He’s not gay.” And Cas goes “Yes I am.” Chaos ensues. 

Jack gets a Tiktok and gains a bunch of followers. He then introduces Cas and Dean as his dads and everyone starts shipping them immediately.
