So I have the Bluray and I was watching some of the "behind the scenes" stuff a few weeks ago (only thought to post it now, sry), but in one of the features, one of the producers is talking about how Miles: "wants to be loved by his parents, wants to be loved by Gwen..." and my heart melted a little again.

That's it, that's the post, lol. I just found the statement that Miles "wants to be loved by Gwen" so sweet and thought I'd share it.

Such a sweet quote but at the same time such a heartbreaking one as well.

He doesn’t know he IS loved by Gwen. He doesn’t know just how much Gwendolyne “risk my job for a couple of hours to spend with my multiversal crush” Stacy cares for him. He doesn’t know just how much this multiversally down bad girl loves him.

Makes it all the more heartbreaking that literally everyone, even his parents—at least Rio—knows she loves him. Yet the very person she loves doesn’t know or even feel that she does by the end.

Need Gwen to finally uncap that overwhelming affection for him that slips through her conviction throughout Across in Beyond. Let all that attraction/affection for Miles that you were pushing down and trying to stifle out girl‼️

I'm seeing so many palestinian fundraisers that are getting completely abandoned by people the moment they meet a short term goal or a goal they need to extend, if not a bit before. This can't keep happening, especially when one of the reason they need to extend their goal is because fundraising is taking so much time and the prices in Gaza are only going up. Making them wait even more will only exacerbate the problem.

These last few weeks, the complacency towards campaigns has been getting worse and worse and I don't know why. I hope everyone reading this realise palestinians have been constantly victims of bombings, shootings, malnutrition and diseases for close to A YEAR now. This should not ellicit apathy at the amount of suffering we're seeing from them everyday but the opposite! We should keep helping even more!

When the US and other western countries are more willing to give weapons to Israel than we are to donate $5 to a palestinian family, what does it say about us?

In any case, if you still care about helping people going through a genocide please consider donating to my friend Mahmoud @mahmoudjumaa1238 . He had to extend his goal to 20k because of the increasingly high living expenses in Gaza and need to get to 15k by the end of September. Since reaching 10k he has been receiving very few donations.

Same! Obviously conflict creates agency to grow, (as seen with Lois overcoming her insecurities of inadequacy) but I just really hope there isn’t that level of issues for Kara and Jimmy next season. Like a misunderstanding? Sure, happens in all relationships. But to the level of breaking up/breaking off the relationship without trying to mend or work out what the issue even was together like Lois and Clark? Please no, let them be happy😭🙏

If there were to be a conflict, though, I think it would be interesting to have the inverse of what happened to Lois and Clark. Have the Supe (in this case Kara) be the one with the insecurities and have the love interest (Jimmy) actually help/communicate with them through it instead of breaking it off. Basically just a more fluff and less angst filled version of Lois n Clark’s dilemma. Think Kara still adjusting to the conditions of living on Earth after years of isolation creates so many opportunities for growth for her which also includes navigating relationships and emotions.
