Good evening, and welcome to this post celebrating Day 23 of Carocatho’s “Everyday-a-New-Screencap-of-Mike” Month for June!! Yes, I’m a little late AGAIN, but I’m having company this weekend and they come first! Hopefully I’ll get caught up and back on schedule soon.

Anyway, today’s post comes from the Monkees episode “Too Many Girls” and focuses again on Mike’s fascinatingly awesome facial expressions in one quick clip. Who couldn’t love this face with the calisthenics it performs within mere milliseconds?

One of the wonderful advantages of seeing these episodes on video or DVD is that it makes it easy to pick up little nuances expressed by Mike and friends that are otherwise quite easily missed when viewed once, straight through, with no pauses in the action. I am constantly amazed with what I see.

Unfortunately I tend to go overboard with the screencaps when I create my posts using the play-and-pause method but I can’t help it — each one is so charming in their own special way (kinda like the person who’s doing the expressing, I think).

But, as everybody knows, you can’t have too much of a good thing, right? Right. There may be too many girls, but there will never be too many screencaps of our cherished Michael. So here is more of a good thing. Enjoy.

UPDATE: This has always been one of my personal favorites as posts go, and I have actually reposted it a time or two in the year since it first went up. Ahhh, Mike….did I mention that I love your face?? I love your face – and everything connected to it.
