Agartala| Tripura| Updated on 16: The non-Left Borok’s (Tribals) parties form a new platform “All Tripura Indigenous Regional Parties Forum (ATIRPF)” on January, 15th, 2016 to oppose Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2016 introduced by BJP led NDA Government.
“Three indigenous political parties have formed new platform for getting vote in upcoming election i.e. next coming Bidhan Sabha election, 2018. They said, this platform was for the greater interest to safeguard the Borok (Indigenous) peoples of Tripura by opposing the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2016. But the real fact is that none of this three parties sent any views and suggestions while JPC (Joint Parliament Committee) want to get the view of interested Political, NGO’s, Individuals etc. So, why they form now? Are they really wants to safeguard the Indigenous people Tripura? Or Is it just for making peoples fool? Or to get vote in upcoming election? What is the main conspiracy behind this? When the time was there to send the views against the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2016 from 16th to 31st September that time none of this parties cares or shows their opposite views. So, how come they said that they have the greater interest to safeguard the indigenous peoples of Tripura?
The indigenous peoples of Tripura being reduce to minorities in their own mother land because of the Hindu Bangladeshi Influx, who crossed international border illegally without any valid documents and permission of the government of India. This is the main problems of the original inhabitants of Tripura. None of these three parties shows their interest to detect-delete-deport all the illegal immigrants who deprive and suppress the Sons of the soils of Tripura and entertain all the facilities illegally.
NC Debbarma, think tank was the convenor of this new forum ATIRPF, who is the President of Indigenous Peoples Front of Tripura. The main demand of the IPFT is Twipraland i.e. Separate ADC area. Only ADC area is Twipraland and Non-ADC is Non Twipraland or other’s peoples land. Meaning of the Twipraland in Kokborok is “Twipra (Tripura) Land (Ha)”. i.e. the present land that Tripura. 184 Kings ruled the Tripura so why they demand only ADC area as Twipraland instead of saying Full Tripura (present Tripura) is Twipraland? Are they surrendering the Indigenous or the Sons of the soils land to those illegal intruders? What is the main conspiracy behind this IPFT?
President of the Indigenous National Party of Tripura (INPT) Mr. B.K. Hrangkhawl said the forum would organise peaceful movement on the issues of the Tribals. He also states that the central Government planned to provide a Citizenship to those illegal Hindu intruders from Bangladesh, which is against of the Sons of the Soil Tripura. The main demand of the INPT is to share assembly seats as 50-50. That is compromise with those illegal intruders. So, are they the one who used to oppose against illegal immigrants once upon a Time? Why they demand to share or compromise the seats? Why they formed a forum, while they also said their demands should be at the first? Are they going to ally in next upcoming election to be elected?
The Joint Convenor of the forum Mr. Animesh Debbarma, and also the President of National Councils of Tripura (NCT), said the forum would extend for 12-Hours strike on 8th February in Tripura Tribal Autonomous Area District Council (TTAADC) called by the forum. Why only TTAADC area? Why not all the Tripura? Why the Tribals Politician are always ADC oriented minded? What is the main reason behind being ADC oriented? Are they afraid of those intruders or they sold out the soil of the sons of the soil of Tripura?
Is this forum will be blessed of Tribal peoples of Tripura or be the curse? Only God knows reason behind this conspiracy. It might be the conspiracy of illegal intruders. As because they did not even submit their memorandum to India Government against this Bill, so why they just advertise by the name of new forum?
