INFORMATION NEEDED  This gentleman modeled for AMG (Bob Mizer)  in 1965 under the names of Wayne Arlen and John Davidson. His nickname was “Butchie”.  It is alleged he died of encephalitis in Okinawa, Japan, on his way to posting in Vietnam.  We would like to find about more about him, from anyone who has information.  He was born, according to one source, in December 1945, and died on July 4, 1965.  Please post if you have any additional information or corrections.  He’s made an extraordinary contribution to modelling and deserved to be properly honored.
