And this is how you declare love to a woman

You know, up until the last episode we never heard Hook telling Emma a direct “I love you” and even now it wasn’t the “official” statement that everybody say and we’ve seen Emma saying. And you know what, I just love it! Because everything he ever did screams these words more loudly. And all of the things I put above were saying these exact words. 

And actually, there was absolutely no need for him to say “I love you” because he said it endless of times before in so many different ways. I think he wasn’t even paying that much of attention that he was saying it to her for the first time because it felt like he was saying it every single day since he met her.

But what’s most important though is that Killian doesn’t need to say it (even though we wish for it beyond anything) because he shows it through his actions. And I know it’s been said before but with Emma, who has constantly been let down by false words and broken promises, words are insignificant unless they’re enforced by actions. Killian has proven himself time and time again through both. He will support her, fight for her and love her beyond life itself.

Exactly!!! This is why I added the line “ Because everything he ever did screams these words more loudly.” This is how I see Killian Jones as a person. He lets his actions speak, always! And not just with his love for Emma, but also with his redemption arc. I don’t think I heard him once saying that he wanted to change (except for that voice message to Emma, which was just to stop her from going with Rumple), he was never declaring it, instead he acted, he did stuff. And Emma saw all of it! This is why she fell in love with him in the first place, because he was a man of actions, because he showed her everything that he feels with things that he did for her. He didn’t even tell her about trading the Jolly, up until she was asking about it.
