"Great…" Barbara purred, "Now I’m being followed by little kids."

"Hey!" He pouted slightly. "I'll have you know that I'm a growing young man...Well that's what my mom tells me.."

She saw that he was getting concerned. “don’t worry it was only my world I swear.

"That is the least of my worries at the moment…Are you alright..?"

"yea I mean I was not even there but I should have been"

"Don’t blame yourself for what happened…I assume you didn’t know."

"about the situation? Yes. But I was in Smallville visiting Conner and I left the second I heard but I got there to late

Without a second thought, he put an arm around her and gave her an comforting embrace. “You still got there as fast as you could to help…”

She laid her head on him “I guess your right but still It hurt.” she held his hand

As she held his hand, he rotated his thumb in circular strokes. He nodded understanding. “You just need time to heal…”

She smiled softly at him before slowly kissing him gently on the lips “thank you.”

When she kissed him, a small blush appeared on his cheeks. "No problem," he grinned.

"What?!" He pouted slightly in response to her statement. "Last time I checked, Nightwing was my mother, and her name was Ricki Grayso-" He trailed off when he realized what the other just said. "Wait..This world?"

She sighed softly and leaning a bit away when he started to shout, taking a step back before noticing his slightly panic expression. She put on a serious expression and nodded her head at him. “Yes…judging from what you’ve been telling me and the energy I can feel from you…you are not of this world.” She answered him.

It suddenly made sense and clicked. His face lit up and due to his emotion, he floated slightly. "So that's it, huh?" He thought about it for awhile and gave a sheepish smile. "Well to be honest, I don't really know how I got here....I probably did something I wasn't suppose to do..."

As she observed him, he somewhat leaned back a bit on account of still being creeped out by what was being discovered. “Yeah! H-How did you know about my mom though being Nightwing..?”

"That can’t be right…" Raven murmured, staring at him searchingly for a moment as she leaned back again while many thoughts ran through her head and tried to figure out the situation as well. "Nightwing of this world is Dick Grayson… and he is no mother all right.”

"What?!" He pouted slightly in response to her statement. "Last time I checked, Nightwing was my mother, and her name was Ricki Grayso-" He trailed off when he realized what the other just said. "Wait..This world?"

The archer scoffed and turned fully toward him. “Promise, totally a girl.” She replied motioning to her boobs. “And yeah. Leader. I’m the oldest of the next generation. What’s it to you?”

As she gestured to her chest, he instantly looked away embarrassed and glanced back when she was done. "Got it..Sorry it's just that back home, Speedy is a dude, he's my friend. Also, I'm part of the Titans and I don't recall ever seeing you there."

Raven’s eyes stayed widen for a moment before she leaned closer to him and observed his appearance for a moment before realizing why he also resembles someone else. “You are the son of Starfire and Nightwing.”

He couldn’t help but frown as well. “Tell me what is wrong.”

She looked up “no ones happy any more not even uncle Jason. Damian died. Killed actually.”

If anything, he certainly wasn’t expecting that. He began to wonder if what happened to her universe, would happen to his. He certainly didn’t know what he would do if Damia died. “..I’m sorry this has happened,” he said quietly.

He blinked, suddenly becoming confused. “Hey, That’s my father’s name too!” Mar’i was pretty sure that his father hasn’t told him of another person with the same name as him. This was getting too weird, unless…”Is your name Raven Roth by any chance?”

Raven raised a brow at the young boy, wondering how he can possibly know her name and how his father also shared the same name that her friend does. It made the empath very suspicious of him, but not in a bad way though. “Yes, I am Raven Roth… how did you know that?”

"tell me about your Father’s kingdom…he’s the prince right? Since your..uncle would be king and your would have an aunt who is the youngest"

Rubbing the back of his neck, he nodded. “I haven’t really visited to be honest, but I want to. As you know…Well since my Father is kinda you…It’s on Tamaran, and things haven’t been going that well, but hopefully uncle Komand’r will put it back in order. And yeah Aunt Ryand’r is the youngest..I’m guessing back where you live he’s your little brother.”
