                Spencer was shocked when the basket appeared out of thin air – who in their right mind wouldn’t? Though; the shock grew only in to suspicion. Suspicions that this stranger may have been someone with enough power to be this ‘Prophet’… “No… No, thanks. I don’t accept things from strangers, certainly not some who conjure it from thin air.”

               Spencer paused for what seemed like hours. He was trying to comprehend what the other had just said. It couldn’t be possible; Leonardo Da Vinci was dead. “T-that’s not possible, surely… Leonardo died in 1519.  It was a recurrent stroke, there is NO way, you are here…. No way.” It was mostly shock that Spencer was experiencing.

Scientists have tried to prove it, many have even attempted to travel in time; but it’s impossible.” Spencer sighed, rubbing his temples with his thumbs gently. “It’s insane, right? We can’t have jumped from one world to another?”

            Spencer grew ever more confused when the strange kid spoke, his outfit was stranger still. “P-pirate?” Spencer wasn’t unfamiliar with cosplay, he’d done it himself at comic con when he went as The Doctor, so maybe this kid was cosplaying something?

             Spencer smirked, jabbing Derek in the side. “Do you even remember who your talking to? If there was something missing I’d know; I’ve ran every variable, every possibility in my head over and over, none of them make sense. Or...” Spencer hesitated before saying his next sentence, he knew it sounded crazy. “At least, none of them make sense in our world. Unless written in the pages of a comic book or a science fiction novel, of course.”

Derek wraps his arms around the younger man.  With everything Diana went through and with her Alzheimer’s it’s no wonder he’s like this.  “She’ll be in good hands with the team.”  Will she ?  He doesn’t know but he needs to calm him down and help him so that unsure truth has to help.  

             While his mom wasn’t the biggest worry Spencer was having, it was the one that most troubled him right now. Yes, JJ had looked after her well enough when he was in prison, but again; they know how that ended up. Diana was taken by Lindsay when Cat forced her too because they were ‘lovers’. After they got her back, Spencer promised his mother that he would never leave her again, but here he was. Though he was still shaking violently, the words calmed him some. He began to take slower, deep breaths. “Y-yeah, your right.”

“We’re together now and that’s all that matters.  Okay ?  You don’t need to worry.”  With the mention of Hank he can’t help but smile like a father would.  “He’s good.  Doing really good.  He takes everything though and if you try to take it back he gives this cute little pout.”  He coos.  He really needs to get back to him.  

            He nodded his head and laughed, rubbing a tear from his eye. He’d missed Morgan so much, Derek was like a brother to Spencer, a protector; he couldn’t describe the feeling of the pain when he stepped down from his post, but Spence knew why; and he didn’t resent him for that. “When we get back, I’m going to visit more often, my mom would love to meet him, I’m sure.”

                Spencer still didn’t believe it, and more and more as this person spoke, Spencer began to imagine this man was something of a religious cultist. The likes who believe that the ‘God’ created everyone, and therefore is their father; which would make sense as to why he called him ‘father’. “Everyone is entitled to their opinion.” No matter what, Spencer would never believe in any form of religion. He was a man of science, there was too much evil in the world for a ‘God’.

               Spencer laughed, but he couldn’t help notice the similarities between this man and a younger image depicted of one of his favorite artists. “Excuse me, I’m sorry but you probably get this all the time, but the resemblance is striking. You look a great deal like Leonardo Da Vinci.”

“Well if he wants to make himself like God it could be a progressive type of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  If he thinks he’s God he’ll make us believe he’s God.  He must have drugged us or found others like him to drug us and bring us here.”  

             “Exactly. Though if there is more than one of them, they would have to be disciple like characters, there would be too much conflict if more than one of them wanted to be the God of this place. Unless it’s more like human embodiment of Greek Gods or even Hindu gods. Though again if they both have Narcissistic personality disorder their own narcissism would cause arguments between them both and nothing would be done. A recent study showed six percent of Americans, or 1 out of 16, had experienced clinical narcissistic personality disorder at some point in their lives.”

He sighs softly, knowing his friend more than others..  “Come on pretty boy just breathe in and out and focus on only my voice.  You can’t bottle everything inside.”  He says and one hand goes to rub his back ini a soothing pattern while the other hand holds one of Spencer’s hands, his dumb drawing circles around his violently shaking hand.  

            Though he couldn’t see, he could feel; and he felt safer the closer he got to Derek, so he found himself curling up into Derek’s body, hugging closely too him. He closed his eyes, nodding his head softly. He knew it was bad bottling everything up inside, but he was stubborn and ashamed of himself. he didn’t want to admit to anything. His body still shaking violently, but it soothed some when he was leaning into Derek. “I’m worried about my mother.” Spencer spoke softly, chocking back tears. It was one of the many things battling in his mind right now.

A sheepish smile tugged at the corners of his lips, embarrassed. “Sorry, mate,” he apologized, knowing he was absolutely the worst when it came to being quiet in a Library. “Just a bit.. of a — nervous tick, really.”

             Spencer shook his head softly he wouldn’t normally have minded a little noise, it was just - with everything that was happening and everything that had happened to him; he was finding it hard to concentrate. “Uh-don’t worry about it. I guess I’m just a little tired.”

            Spencer shook his head, he was so insanely tired. “Uh-sorry, I didn’t mean to blame you, thanks for letting me know.” Spencer just closed his book, leaning back into his chair. Closing his eyes for a brief moment to just think.

            “Uh-it’s a mobile phone.” Spencer said softly, still not used to the idea that people weren’t from the same ‘timeline’ as he was. Spencer gently tapped the screen for the stranger, making the video pause so that it stopped making sound. “They’re rather difficult to understand at first but you get used to them, you can buy them almost anywhere. Though the better ones are in stores specifically tailored to sell them.”
