was having another depressive episode again and ended up eating mcdonalds which only made things worse cause i felt like the fattest bitch alive since i didn't go to the gym today.

after eating i doomscrolled for about 2 hours and while doing it i started thinking of solutions. and so i went.

did 50 situps, 30 pushups, planked until failure and had a cold shower after. (did all of this even though i have like 0 physical strength so i didn't repeat as much)

came out of the shower with my hair looking SMOOTH, my skin feeling SOFT, feeling SKINNY, with that 30 second face beauty you have only on the bathroom mirror right after you shower. i am now currently watching one of my biggest comfort movies — which is absolutely miserable, but gives me comfort because it's full of hope throughout, specially at the end.
