So, I did.
Lyonel Feininger (1871-1956), 'Der Kopflose Radler' (The Headless Rider), ''Das Narrenrad'', 1898 Source
I'm surprised I haven't seen this used as a meme template at some point
Extremely here for supernatural cycling imagery
I was drunk out of my mind on the subway last night and I couldn’t stop studying this woman reading across from me.
So I whipped out my notebook and a TomBow marker and sketched her
Now I think I should go draw strangers on the train on the sauce more often.
5th card of the halos suit in my deck is drafted: The Devil.

An oracle is in my oracle.
Four of Halos: An oracle
One real human in each suit.
Now Hilma af Klint is in the Graves suit.
She was an occultist and seance practitioner. That’s where she got the ideas for her paintings.
What’s cool about her work is a lot of paintings were in series… sorta like comics.
Big weekend in drawing cards!
I got six done!
I also made a bunch of decisions about the set.
First, the first and last card of each suit will be Alpha and Omega rather than 1 and 11. That's more mystical, right?
Second, the sixth card of each suit will be a real person. Thus, John Muir, America's Arch Druid, will sub in for "Wilderness" in the Trees suit.
I'm also booting Grigori Rasputin. That guy occupies enough of the world's mind space, and what does he really symbolize but selfishness and opportunism?
Instead, I'm giving the six spot in Graves to someone really more interesting: Hilma Af Klimt. She looked well past her death using mystical rituals and it sort of seems like she got it done?
Finally, Lady Philosophy will instead become Boethius, himself, her creator. Since she's really only a concept in his work anyway.
I like this idea of 6 being the middle card. There's 5 cards on either side. It's balanced.
I really like this "Flower Children" card. What about you?
Two more cards in my esoteric oracle project finished tonight.
America's most famous tulpa gang.
And... a Shaman. This card was always in my plan for this set, but reading this thread about the Witch Trials from painter and cartoonist Owen Cyclops convinced me to give it an emphasis on plant life.
I have a whole suit about nature of course, but I do think the connection between plants and dreams is worth making explicit.
I posted this one a few days ago, but I added some new elements (on the advice of a much better artist I know) to make it more clear that it's in a dark room.
I have drawn more of these
So I have drawn a bunch more of these, but so much more slowly than I was.
I just haven't posted them.
I had no idea
I'm gonna miss you, @thedailycourtney
We didn't know each other well back in high school, but I've been more in touch with you over the last 20 years than anyone else in your circle, tho I sort of knew all of them once upon a time.
It was just this blog. That was it. But we gave each other likes over the years and now it feels like someone I still kinda knew has gone.
Goodbye. It seemed like you did all the living you could. ❤️
My favorite 2020 drawing
Uh oh I went figure drawing again last night
Some idiot with his unreasonably large drawing and incontrovertibly cool cowboy boots.

Hey folks, so I finally got my copies of my book: SBF: How The FTX Bankruptcy Unwound Crypto's Very Bad Good Guy
It’s available on Amazon and Bookshop and at your local bookstore.
One reviewer told me they read it in one sitting, which is exciting. I think it is an easy and fun read, but you should get a copy, binge it and let me know :)
