Bramble knocked softly on the door once he reached it, filled with anxiety. What would Sapphire look like? What would his personality be? He’s never met the younger cookie, only knows of his existence.. :(

He opens the door awkwardly, walking into the room. "Black Sapphire?" Lookin around. One bat ear twitches, swiveling slightly.

There is a very blorple Cookie on the bed, stretching his wings carefully. The room is pretty plain, almost empty... "That would be me," the Cookie answers, "And you are...?"

He looks him over, head tilting slightly. He blinks. "Ah, sorry. I’m.. Bramble Bat." He was unsure of Sapphire would recognize the name.

Sapph looks towards him. It's clear he doesn't recognize the bat, nor the name, at all...

"..I guess he didn’t tell you about me. Makes sense." He frowns a bit. "Uhm. I was.. I’m your.? Older.. brother." Awkward. He shifts his weight between two feet.

He stares a little longer, then looks away with his ears dropping, sighing out a "Of course we had a secret brother..."

"We?" He repeats with a blink.

"We h-.... had a little sister...," he mumbles in response, wings pulling close to his body

He nods a bit. "Had…" He mumbles, to himself mostly. "Uhm, Fount-" He grimaces. "Shadow Milk, only had me for a few years.. about 5.? I don’t remember much.."

The crystal covered bark of the trees glistened as the sun was setting across the isles. Many of the residents were heading home and closing shop. The night is usually safe, there weren’t many dangers in the isles after all….

Well other than the Beast that resides there at least…

He squinted around, wings fluttering. He frowned at the new surroundings.. This was different from the forests he stayed in. It frowned further, unsure what exactly it is looking for. Signs of Black Sapphire? What would that even look like.? It sighed.

As the night grew darker something else started to come out, while the numbers remained small, the masked ones were active. Bloodstone had gone out to get firewood, when she felt him creep in.. “dad?”

“… someone new is here.” The beast of corruption stated in her mind, “can you see who it is while I come over to meet our guest?”

“Of course, I’ll let you know when I see them.” Bloodstone replies before slipping into the dark.. the eye of her half mask flickers a slight teal color.. he’s probably somewhat watching…

And that’s how she ends up finding the bat, watching from the dark leaving only her half mask slightly visible.

He heard footsteps, one bat ear swivelling as he turns his head toward where he heard the noise. It looked into the dark, but didn’t spot her, tilting its head. It decided to shrug it off, and continued walking. "Wonder what he looks like now..?” It muttered to itself.

She continues to follow it, keeping to the dark. She can tell her father was starting to get closer, the scent of cinnamon itself was growing more potent even.

Well, now he is fairly certain that there is indeed something trailing him. Or someone.. He can hear the footsteps. He doesn’t turn to look around again though. He’s smarter than that. He can smell the cinnamon, his nose scrunched up. Not much he can do about that, though. He knows it’s probably not Sapphire.

Cinnamon Storm had arrived, right in front of him to! His teal colored eyes glowing in the surrounding dark. Bloodstone had finally come out as well…. He was admittedly curious. Definitely was a newcomer.

“Child.. I see no reason for you to be here this late” oook, maybe that was a little to ominous.

He took a couple steps back at the sudden appearance of cookies. "Uh- Who’re you-?" He squints. Glowing eyes… odd. Definitely odd. "..Anyway, I’m looking for someone who might be here."

The beast tilted his head. “Who I am shouldn’t concern you much, who are you looking for? It would be much easier for you to find whoever it is in the morning”

"…I don’t know his name. But, uh- I think he’s blue or purple? Probably my height.. maybe taller." He gestures with a hand about where he imagines Black Sapphire’s height is. It is wrong, by the way.

Both of the masked cookies kind of just, look at each other, before one of them responds.

“There is a cookie with blue and purple dough, we have him back home… he’s definitely not that height however.” Bloodstone would say to him.

"Oh! Maybe it’s him!" It’s wings flutter, it’s expression lighting up. "What’s his name?" He is completely glossing over his potential incorrectness. In his defense, it was an estimate.

“His name is Black Sapphire, poor kid has been through hell but he’s been getting better here.”

He nodded a bit, his wings drooping slightly. "That.. sounds right. Can I go see him?" He had to verify. To see if it’s his brother..

They nodded. “He should still be awake by now, seeing him should be possible.”

It smiles a bit at that. "Can you show the way?"

Oh so we are just going to follow the strange, kind of scary, cookies? Sure. Okay. No stranger danger was taught to Bramble, it seems.

“Of course, just follow us.” Ok this kid was extremely trusting considering the fact the two of them were masked and standing there menacingly in the dark. Cinnamon Storm figured it was some kind of bravery..

He nods, wings flapping softly. He looks between Cinnamon Storm and Bloodstone, observing them best he can in the dark. Masks.. hm.

The two were quiet… mainly because of the fact they were both speaking through the hivemind, absolutely bewildered that the kid immediately trusted them. The eye within bloodstone’s half ask slightly flickers a teal color, same as Cinnamon Storm’s eyes as the two were communicating.

He notices this, tilting his head, but not commenting on it. What exactly would it ask, anyways? It isn’t its business. He looked around the forest, listening intently.

There were no other sounds or cookies in the forest! Just the three of them who bring him to a mansion on another island via a bridge

He is following along on the bridge… very odd that it is so quiet, though! A forest shouldn’t be so silent.. Eerie.

They go inside, it’s a very beautiful mansion. Shadow Milk was in the kitchen cooking, theres another cookie without a mark at all, but he looked similar to Black Sapphire.

“He should be upstairs, left hallway two doors down.”

His gaze lingers on Shadow Milk for a while before he heads up the stairs. "Thank you!" Up he goes… bye!

"…I don’t know his name. But, uh- I think he’s blue or purple? Probably my height.. maybe taller." He gestures with a hand about where he imagines Black Sapphire’s height is. It is wrong, by the way.

Both of the masked cookies kind of just, look at each other, before one of them responds.

“There is a cookie with blue and purple dough, we have him back home… he’s definitely not that height however.” Bloodstone would say to him.

"Oh! Maybe it’s him!" It’s wings flutter, it’s expression lighting up. "What’s his name?" He is completely glossing over his potential incorrectness. In his defense, it was an estimate.

“His name is Black Sapphire, poor kid has been through hell but he’s been getting better here.”

He nodded a bit, his wings drooping slightly. "That.. sounds right. Can I go see him?" He had to verify. To see if it’s his brother..

The crystal covered bark of the trees glistened as the sun was setting across the isles. Many of the residents were heading home and closing shop. The night is usually safe, there weren’t many dangers in the isles after all….

He squinted around, wings fluttering. He frowned at the new surroundings.. This was different from the forests he stayed in. It frowned further, unsure what exactly it is looking for. Signs of Black Sapphire? What would that even look like.? It sighed.

As the night grew darker something else started to come out, while the numbers remained small, the masked ones were active. Bloodstone had gone out to get firewood, when she felt him creep in.. “dad?”

“… someone new is here.” The beast of corruption stated in her mind, “can you see who it is while I come over to meet our guest?”

“Of course, I’ll let you know when I see them.” Bloodstone replies before slipping into the dark.. the eye of her half mask flickers a slight teal color.. he’s probably somewhat watching…

And that’s how she ends up finding the bat, watching from the dark leaving only her half mask slightly visible.

He heard footsteps, one bat ear swivelling as he turns his head toward where he heard the noise. It looked into the dark, but didn’t spot her, tilting its head. It decided to shrug it off, and continued walking. "Wonder what he looks like now..?” It muttered to itself.

She continues to follow it, keeping to the dark. She can tell her father was starting to get closer, the scent of cinnamon itself was growing more potent even.

Well, now he is fairly certain that there is indeed something trailing him. Or someone.. He can hear the footsteps. He doesn’t turn to look around again though. He’s smarter than that. He can smell the cinnamon, his nose scrunched up. Not much he can do about that, though. He knows it’s probably not Sapphire.

Cinnamon Storm had arrived, right in front of him to! His teal colored eyes glowing in the surrounding dark. Bloodstone had finally come out as well…. He was admittedly curious. Definitely was a newcomer.

“Child.. I see no reason for you to be here this late” oook, maybe that was a little to ominous.
