One thing people don’t realize about songwriting is the mystery of “the girl”. The “hers” and the “shes” in all my lyrics… there is more than one girl I’ve written about, but most of them are the same girl. That one girl inspired so many songs, she is so many pronouns, she makes so many words. Do I really need anyone else? No. Is it boring? Never. Can’t you tell she’s my everything?
