“ Wagyu Beef Stir Fry ” by Brandōn v.p Nguyen ”
Be warned! I am an Amateur Cook / Foody. Just addressing my understanding of how my original recipe is cooked. Please taste, share and enjoy!
01. Barbecue the Wagyu Beef until Medium Rare with coal. Be certain that it is cooked to the right temperature without excessive burning on the Exterior.
02. Prepare the vegetables by steaming the Peas, Carrots, Baby Corn, Capsicum, Mushrooms and Egg Plant into bite size pieces with a colander and pot of hot water with a lid. Don’t boil the vegetables.
03. Add Blanched Rice Noodles into the Wok after allowing moisture to drain away. Strands made to the edible length and pat dry before cooking in hot Vegetable oil.
04. Add the cooked Medium Rare Wagyu Beef into the Wok with hot Vegetable oil after made into bite sized chunks depending on cooked preferences. I’d prefer medium rare meat for the stir fry. It’s going to be so delicious!
05. Add the bite sized steamed Vegetables into the wok and toss them until they are caramelised on the outside. Since it’s already cooked, we’re going to add some color to the vegetables by caramelising it.
06. Mix all the ingredients into the Wok with hot Vegetable oil. Allow the ingredients to cook right through by having it become airborne by tossing it into the air and catching it as it lands inside the wok.
07. Serve the Stir Fry into Asian Bowls and eat with Chop Sticks as an option. Spoons and forks are also an option as it takes some time to learn how to use the chopsticks and become a professional chopstick holder. Add generous amounts of ingredients to taste. Garnish with Vietnamese herbs and mints.
08. Add a hint or a splash of Soy Sauce, some Siracha, Wasabi, Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper or Lemon juice. Just to increase the savoury and spicy or zesty flavours if preferred.
09. Pour the Pineapple Juice, Sugar Cane, Pennywort and Coconut Juice into a Glass Cup. Add a shot of Alize Bleu if you’re interested in having some alcohol in the beverage. Shake or Stirred, totally optional.
10. Add shaved ice into the Glass Cup. Decorate with a cock tail umbrella and a colored flexible straw. The flavours are outstandingly impressive and wonderful!
11. Scoop ice cream and serve after the Stir Fry is finished. We don’t want to have the ice cream melt before it is eaten. Let’s have Vanilla, Green Tea and Black Sesame. Sprinkle with Roasted Peanuts on top.
12. Have Dinner and Dessert served for a whole family gathering. Best suited for a Friday night get together with a Movie to watch after and relax. Enjoy the good company and vibes of loved ones. How cool!
