Earth Day Realizations
Today, In the spirit of Earth Day, I am showing my students the video from ourclimateourfuture.org in an effort to spark their concern for our carbon footprint. As I observe their responses, there is a huge disparage in the interest between age groups. Thus far, the high school students seem apathetic toward the situation. The 8th graders are incredibly motivated and passionate about differences that they can make right here in our school. They have all come up with some amazing suggestions for right here. I pray that over the coming years, with their leadership, our school can be a beacon of light in our community as a GREEN SCHOOL. Sign up for Twitter updates from ourclimateourfuture at. @ACESPACE
