The gift of sensitivity is an spiritual trait, not a flaw. I consider my sensitivity more than a blessing, even a kind of superpower: I love deeply, I understand what others need without being told. I enjoy beautiful simple things like art, music, and nature. There's only positivity not negativity in being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
