it’s moments like this that she enjoys the most. he says something stupid, she laughs, and they are reminded of what it feels like to be so soft. normalcy can feel incredibly far away at times. (  there’s always something pulling them into the realm of insane.  )  but oh, how easily he reels her back to what feels like a normal teenage life. even if just for a night.
