I’ve been going through some stuff lately, and decided some art therapy was in order. This was painted with a lot of feels, but it helped, which was important. Painted in procreate. Video will be early-released on patreon, before being linked on youtube.

You can never please everyone. I’m a people pleaser, sometimes to a fault...and it has only damaged me.

Tonight I find myself alone. Emotionally. Psychologically. I just want to give up. My heart is heavy, my mind is spinning. In my mind there is no resolution here. There is no talk that will help this. There is no happiness here. I am empty, down to my bowels. I want for nothing and I don’t know what to do with myself. I don’t know where I fit in here...maybe I don’t. Who cares. Apathy wins tonight.

I am stuck here. I want the world to melt away and not come back. What I thought was so great a few days ago seems a light year away now. I will sleep and hope the sun brings some purpose tomorrow.

I’m telling y’all, if I still don’t have a job when March rolls around I’m driving the 10 hour round trip to Caddo Lake and seeing those trees for myself.

Caddo Lake is the only natural lake in Texas and it’s f-ing gorgeous. LOOK at it. Also, I hear it’s nice and swampy and full of snakes and salamanders and bugs and birds mmmmm [link to iNaturalist]
