A bold sausage infused with aromatic spices and hints of savory garlic. This ingredient can be purchased via my Brazen Delivery service. If you'd like to craft this you'll also need to install the Preserving Skill. This will add a new recipe for your sim to create a bundle of sausages. Once created, that bundle can be cured and single servings of salami can be collected from it when it's ready. This item will not start to spoil until a serving is taken from it.
