ok I'm not going to pretend to be a longtime super fan, but I AM hyperfixating hard on TVC and have read more than half of them very recently.

anyone and everyone saying they aren't using the source material are weird and silly. it's not shot-for-shot and never has been, but there's clear love for the books. it's an adaptation with deliberate changes and a lot of intentionality in honoring the spirit of the books and I adore that.
