Mixed Berry Muffins!

Chocolate Coconut Buttercream Frosting and an Almond Coconut Cupcake stuffed with Chocolate and Toasted Coconut Shavings.

All from scratch. The only cheat is that I used Coconut coffee creamer instead of cream in the buttercream frosting.

These little guys are crazy addictive. I added cocoa to the rolling sugar halfway through. Didn’t make a huge difference.
