bro i haven’t watched THAT 2x20 clip in A WHILE. and as good as the song is and their voices are together and despite everything until the last 5 seconds being SO good i can never bring myself to watch it. cause those last 5 seconds ruin everything
anyway the point i was trying to make was that rn is the first time i’ve watched those last 5 seconds in a very long time and it’s even worse than i remember it.
first of all, yeah, she literally TRIPS. and he catches her and starts forcing himself on her. HE kisses HER. and the way she tries to back off further and further and is literally trying to push him away 😭😭😭😭 and it just doesn't work :(
two months ago i got this comment on one of my violetta posts and i was just gonna delete it and block them like i usually do but i felt a little feisty that day so i decided to respond
and until TODAY they hadn't responded. which was soooo funny to me. like yes let's comment stupid things on a person's posts and then when the person gags you, you shut your ass up. but they just responded. and honestly it makes it even funnier
like wow!!!!!!! good job sweetie!!! sooo proud of you.

and listen, i would usually not make this type of post (and i was originally gonna blur out their username and pfp or something but i decided not to) but you know what? if you have the audacity to comment shit on my posts, then i WILL make a post about it, idc.
i’ve said this so many times but bro. if you disagree with my posts, go and write your own damn post or something. leave mine alone. i’m not saying you can’t have a different opinion than me, i’m saying go and write about that opinion in your own space. not mine. i'm not gonna allow you to fill MY space with your pointless bullshit. you can have a million negative thoughts about my posts, hell i constantly see posts i disagree with and in that case i either just move on immediately or AT MOST i block the person and then move on. i don't write stupid ass comments trying to prove i'm better than someone for having a different opinion. just move on. there's no point in writing these comments. it is literally just pointless negativity. taking time out of your day to be shitty to someone you disagree with instead of being nice to someone you agree with

see scenes like this is why tomás could NEVER be diego and why diego’s so much better than him. i mean first of all tomás is awful but is treated as the good guy while diego is also awful BUT is treated as the bad guy (and yeah, the show doesn’t completely treat him the way it should, he should be treated as worse BUT tomás isn’t even treated as bad so it’s still an improvement). and tomás had no chaos in him and constantly stood out from the group because of his lack of chaosness. while diego is a literal chaos agent
like just his dynamic with cami is more interesting than ANY of tomás’ dynamics with anyone. like cami scolding him as if he’s a mischievous cat that wants to cause trouble and fran dragging him back and forth across the room is SO funny. and the girls going up and down anxiously while they decide what to do and him copying them and then making the italian hands at francesca 😭 and then him just sitting there in the closet and laughing in everyone’s faces and calling cami and fran “estas dos locas”, it’s just gold
also tomás and león’s rivalry was tomás being a little bitch boy and being awful, león treating him, imo, very reasonably and the way you SHOULD treat a ‘nice guy™️’ and yet the show constantly potrayed león as being the one in the wrong. (idc león pushing tomás in that one episode is ICONIC and he should’ve done worse)
while león and diego’s rivalry is a highlight in s2 and is so entertaining. i mean, first of all the chemistry is off the charts. and diego is portrayed as the bad guy and not león. their fights and their bickering is genuinely SO fun to watch
The sad thing is that VIOLETTA IS TELLING THE TRUTH, she DIDN'T kiss Diego and yet it DOES look like that and you can see Leon slowly lose faith and it's so sad cause we KNOW she's not lying but out of context it really LOOKS like she's lying and being a player but she is not 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
if germán was angry about the fact pablo was forcing his daughter to kiss a guy she’s not comfortable kissing, it would’ve been totally valid
but instead he’s mad his daughter LIED to him (how exactly did she lie, you ask? no one knows.) and proceeds to yell at her and publicly humiliate her. even though if he wasn’t a shit father he’d know his daughter absolutely did not want to do this and is basically being forced. but noooo let’s yell at her some more
i hate how in some media, specifically in this case, violetta, when a character isn’t indifferent to someone, ‘it’s clearly because they like the person’ which is pure bullshit
a lot of times it’s because said character HATES them. and yeah, sometimes they don’t actually hate them and it’s because they love them instead, all that about ‘hate is only one step away from love’ or whatever the saying is. but so many times they just hate them.
like for example, your s/o, who you love, gets murdered and obviously, you hate the person who killed them. and then someone starts saying how if you don't feel indifferent towards them, it’s clearly because you love them. BITCH NO TF I DON’T
it's like hating a rash on my body or hating being covered in mud, stuff like that. you hate it because it's annoying, not because you 'secretly like it'
anyway all that to say, andrés talking about how maybe violetta feels something for diego because diego isn’t indifferent to her is pure BULLSHIT. of course you don’t feel indifferent to your stalker. BECAUSE YOU HATE THEM. BECAUSE THEY’RE STALKING AND HARASSING YOU.
lara saying “it’s what we’ve always dreamed of” (about traveling, competing internationally, ect) cracks me up. WHO is ‘we’??? 😭😭😭 literally who tf is WE lara 😭
león’s been doing motocross for like SIX months at MOST. meanwhile he’s been singing and dreaming of becoming a singer since he was FOUR years old
mann i love this scene. there is SO much here. like león asking her if she wants him to come over cause he just wants to be there for her, him asking her how she is and her pretending she's alright and him telling her she doesn't have to put up a front with him and that she needs someone to confide in and that he could be that person
also it's funny how the subtitles have her saying "i can't be weak" and him saying "you're not" when she's actually saying that she has to be strong and he replies with "you are.", idk it doesn't seem like a big difference but i think him reaffirming how strong she is is better. telling her she IS strong but that he wants to help her, hug her and take care of her. and that no matter what he'll be there for her (and he fucking means it because throughout the rest of the season and the series as a whole he continues being there for her even when they're broken up)
and her saying she can feel his voice, his advice, his hugs and that she feels like he's there with her. idk it all just makes me melt. they are just sooo adorable 🥲🥲
also this reminds me of that one scene in 3x30 where it was the day before the wedding and germán basically asks her to be strong and puts a lot of pressure on her to continue being happy and smiley. in general, because of HIM, vilu has this mindset where she feels like she has to ALWAYS be strong, always keep a positive attitude and basically hide her feelings. because she feels like her dad needs her to always be the sweet sunshine that she is. and because of that she constantly feels like she has to put a front and smile through it, even if she's breaking inside. and it's heartbreaking. and it's incredibly unfair and cruel of germán to make his daughter always prioritize HIS happiness over her own. (and i hate how vilu is ALWAYS thinking about her father's happiness while he NEVER thinks about hers. it should be the exact opposite.)
anyway though, because of that, i appreciate león's role in her life even more. and it really shows you the difference between león and germán. because león ALWAYS puts her first and never makes her feel like she has to pretend to be happy. he always makes sure she knows she DOESN'T have to put a front with him. that she doesn't have to bottle up her feelings. he lets her know he can help her with this load, that she doesn't have to carry it all alone.
and then that beautiful scene later this episode as well...
him just showing up for her in all the ways that matter and that hug... 🥲 the way he holds her head gently and the way she lets out this BIG sigh like she's been holding that in for ages and is finally able to let it go and relax, even for just a moment... yeah
