I'm unsure of whether you're spiritual or not, but I've learned on my journey (as many do) that one must become comfortable with self, being alone, and develop unconditional love for self. I too felt unlovable and ignored by the world for a long time and it took unwelcome isolation during and after multiple heartbreaks for me to develop the strength I needed and silently craved to begin to love myself first and foremost.
